Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel  

I liked the situation and the auxiliary amenities eg. Tiki Bar and Grill. Great place. Short walk to main Waikiki area. Stop for all trolleys and tour buses. Across the road from the beach. Love the elevators- key on safety. No one is able to access a floor without a key for that floor.

Beds very comfortable, bathroom was good. Good location (near beach which is important for us). We only stayed one night so did not take advantage of all facilities. Breakfast on beach was great idea.

Room key did not work at first.

Location is perfect,plenty of food around the area,plenty of transportation,good place all around. Great location. Great service

Location and Michele handled my problems very well

Some of the staff not so friendly and the food at the restarant was not great. Food not cooked so was taken off the bill which was good but the experience was not

The location of the Hotel was nice, it was very easy to get buses, also to get to the beach, just across the street.

The first point was the breakfast, for me was very new way to have a breakfast, mainly because even if it is raining they are still serving on the same place, and of course you will get wet. Another point is the swimming pool, is really located in a good place, but need renovate, the floor surrounding needs to be changed. For the price that we had been payed, ( not a pick season) we waited more for the hotel.

The location was perfect, the safety of the elevators, helpful fun staff, very clean and inviting

The continental breakfast wasn't my favorite. No place to sit and very disorganized. Pretty much an excuse for the whole mandatory $18.00 a day fee.

The staff at the Front Desk was very accommodating and friendly. We had a room with a beautiful beach front view!

The room we stayed in could maybe need a bit of updating. The downside to having a room with a beach front view is that it is probably a bit more noisy than the rooms to the side. There is a street between the property and the beach.

Location

Poor Value, everything was an extra charge and the room was quite small. Bathroom was barely tolerable. We paid a few dollars more and moved to the Outrigger Hotel. Bigger room/bathroom with internet and no road noise.

Breakfast by the pool in an esky bag you could take to the beach, to your balcony or have beside the pool, fantastic idea.

Reception area seems to be in a strange place, near the pool and upstairs from the street.

Had to Queue for Over 1 hour to check in...Was insulted by the Bell desk (Wayne) when Asked to book a transfer for our return to the airport they hung up on me 3 times after speaking to me like I was a piece of @*#> ended up having to have a stand up face to face row with the guy Shocking absolutely shocking!!!! when I complained to reception I was told the Hotel manager will come to my room to sort it and he/she didn't bother to turn up. This Hotel Practically ruined our honeymoon. Could not get a seat in the Bar at all and the restaurants all had waiting times of Over an Hour to be seated some nights 1hr 30 mins and most would not allow you book in advance !!! pool area was Tiny nothing like the pics

We request to fix the toilet because did not flash. The repair man came fix it right away. Good service.

The Valet parking was very busy and no self-parking. You have to wait for long time. I will not bring car there new time. Also, guest have to pay$27 a day and tip so it was expensive than I thought.

I did like location and view from the hotel.

My wife and I did have a good time and enjoyed the vacation very much. Over all you have a very nice hotel and I woulkd recommend to my friends.

The hotel is great except for the noisey elevators at night. Our room was half way down the hall and you could still hear the elevatorsw running at night and sometime waking me up. Try to fiqure out a way to make them less noisey.

The location & the trolley bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The compulsory amenity fee charged for using the safety box & forcefully to rent 2 dvd's per day.

The m2 of the suite for price exceeded the hotel room size of other hotels considered, really suited our needs. Loved the location, watching sunsets over Waikiki Beach from our balconies; being so close to Diamond Head was great. Staff very helpful and quick to assist.

It was clean, friendly, value for money in a good location for what we wanted to do. Staff were extremely helpful and everything was on hand, or if not at hand someone was willing to get it for you. Would stay there again.

Check-In was cumbersome as I had to wait in a long line at 2pm to return to another long line at 3pm to get the room number. (I was told the room was ready, but not inspected at the first wait.)

"Завтрак" - у вас в номере сумочка для завтрака и вы утром должны набрать в нее все что желаете на "шведском столе", а именно: йогурт, выпечка, порезанные фрукты, миссо суп, чай, кофе. Все в одноразовой посуде! По срокам реализации, продукты, завтра можно будет выбросить! Такое ощущение что собрали их со всех маркетов на распродажах!

Завтрак!!! С таким завтраком встречаюсь впервые! В номерах страшный сквозняк, не помогают даже "стеклопакеты". За 5 ночей постельное белье ни разу не поменяли! При въезде обсчитали на 25 долларов! Когда им на это указали они не смутившись объяснили что убирать наш номер будут очень хорошо за эти деньги! От такой услуги мы отказались!))) Проживая в этом отеле мы чувствовали как на вокзале! Пляж через дорогу, что не удобно с детьми! Вечером в рестораны сложно попасть, очереди! В этот отель я НЕ рекомендую поселяться!
