Beautiful rooms, spacious, nice!
For a newer place, the air conditioner made lots of noise, walls and floors were thin allowing for lots of disturbance. Because of that, will not stay again. Too bad because it was a beautiful place.
Comfort of beds
Continental Breakfast is a joke. The area is not kept clean and they are always running out of food. You can never find anyone to assist you if you need anything. I have decided to stay at other hotels because of this!
Rooms were spacious
The bed was too hard
Clean Friendly Parking space
It was Quiet! Room was comfortable!
For the price it was not very decorated, staff was not very friendly at front desk on check in.
the hotel didn't accomadate the construction workers with a reception area for them to change there shoes therefore the floors were excessively trashed by the mud and dirt
Elevators slow and dirty Loud room cleaning staff Hallways dirty Room was dirty and bathroom dirty
The hotel is conveniently located next to the freeway, shopping and restaurants.
*TV set on Analog and couldn't change it. *No shade on window to darken room (shade mechanism left on air conditioner). *Light didn't work above sink. *Mirror on door filthy.
Easy access off the highway, nice, new facility, rooms are well done, staff was great. Breakfast was as good as a free brekky ever gets. Recommended.
Everything is new. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The breakfast was good, but nothing more to write about.
My family and I were delighted with this hotel; we stopped here on a four-day drive from New Hampshire to Washington State. Conveniently located, very nice rooms. We used the pool, the fitness room, and had the (very typical) breakfast buffet before getting back on the road.
room was comfortable
Hotel was very nicely kept up. Friendly staff. Great place
The room was enormous, very clean, almost like new and full of amenities (fridge, reading lights, work desk, safe). It was much more than I expected for the rate.
The staff was nice Walk in shower
breakfast was horrible. My 14 year old child thought it was weird that there was no bible in the room but they had a pack of condoms instead. Found pubic hair in the carpet that was stuck to a piece of candy that I dropped on the carpet near thee bed.-disgusting! The towels had stains on them
The location was great, the hotel was very clean.
Your helpful book of information in our room said you have in house laundry available between floors 3 and 4 and you don'T. I hauled our laundry all over the hotel looking for it and failed. The water system is loud. Each time someone turns off the water it sounds like a door closing. For a new hotel it was not very quiet.
Breakfast hood not great
The room was clean.
We had to change our room 3 times. Reserved a King Room, given a 2 dbl bed room, then a King fully handicapped , then finally a real King room. The hotel was very dirty outside. The front clerk told us we could park on the backside of the hotel and come in easier that way. Well, it was very sketchy with a laundry mat and construction workers everywhere. We parked up front in under a light. This hotel caters to the construction workers in town and the ones working in the oil fields further north.
Room Elle's like smoke and my wife is allergic. Had they mentioned this at check in we would have requested a different room. Wife took a week to recover. Couldn't sleep cause even the sheets blankets and pillows were saturated with the stench. Bathroom had soap shavings on the floor. All in all we will never stay there again. Especially when we mentioned to staff at leaving that the room was atrocious the response was we have been dealing with that room for a couple months now.
Friendly staff. Very clean. Good towels. Comfortable chair in room with good lighting for reading. Comfortable bed. Quiet.
Hotel claims to be eco-friendly, but they take it too far with a bathroom sink that only runs water for a very brief time, so brushing teeth, washing hands, etc. end up being more difficult than necessary. You need more water than the brief stream to be sanitary. THEN, (not in mine--didn't want one) there are rooms with hot tubs. In my mind, hot tubs are not water friendly. So it would better to have sinks that let you use water reasonably and not have hot tubs.
The staff and facilities were great. Very comfortable room. Thanks to EZ for the ride to and from the airport and to Joy for setting it up. We really appreciated the extra effort.
No shuttle service to and from airport
nice decor in bathroom
Fire alarm pinging, was told this is normal??? Was unable to correct clock time on alarm clock, was very bright, disrupted my sleep, bed frame poor. breakfast poor. new hotel too bad a little more care wasnt taken
Pool was nice - kids had a lot of fun. We were given a top floor room at the end which I requested. Breakfast was fine - there were enough options to satisfy my daughters. Easy access to the Interstate.
Staff is incredibly unfriendly. The staff at the check-in desk need some training on how to welcome guests to a property. Cleaning staff was loud and unprofessional. I saw staff sitting around on the couches in the lobby. Our hotel room - Room 458 - was dirty. The room and the hallways have not seen a vacuum in a long time. Our room did not have an alarm clock. The phone didn't work. The mini fridge was set so cold that it froze our food resulting in our having to throw it all out. The housekeeping staff did not clean our room so when we came back to the hotel on the second day, the beds weren't made, we didn't have new towels, nothing was done. All in all, this property needs some serious work. I cannot imagine staying here again nor do I think I would advise anyone else I know to do so. We have a ton of family in the Dickinson area so we need to find a place to stay on a regular basis - the Astoria will not be our choice.
Better quality mattress.
Very large room with high ceiling. Friendly staff. Outside if hotel leaves room for doubt as to how nice it is but once you open the door, you will find very a very nice room.
