Room was nice, super comfy beds, cool shower in bathroom. Staff very friendly, visit was great.
Elevators. Know it's an old building. The renovation of the rooms is astounding. Elevators need some work. Sure the staff got a lot of hassle regarding them.
Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly.
Wifi connection wasn't great and had difficulties connecting from 8th floor.
Everything was wonderful.
Restaurant service was slow
Within walking distance of mart & great restaurants. Clean. Will stay here again!
Wish they had continental breakfast like most of the other hotels nearby. Won't stay there again for that reason.
Nice staff. Very accommodating
I felt the room was small for the amount of money I paid...over 600.00 for 2 nights. I probably paid more than usual due to cheer sport competition being in town. Most hotels were booked. Bar was out of margaritas too.
The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice bathroom with a large shower. Decor was really modern and up to date.
No mini bar and bistro closed earlier than I thought it would.
The rooms and hotel in general were BEAUTIFUL! Loven the view. All staff were Atlanta cordial and welcoming. I love coming here. Will definitely stay here again. The room price was munch lower than I thought it would be for a boutique hotel of such high quality.
Location is good. Room and ensuite spacious enough and comfortable. Staff helpful.
Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and jovial. Valet did a remarkable job considering the tight space they had to work with. Bistro food was very good but REDICULOUS in price but bartender and servers were exceptional.
Service, location and cleanliness
The air conditioning system is very noise. The lighting is not enough. There are only one little reading light on the table and one bigger bedside light for the whole room.
It is right next to MARTA exit. The room is spacious, with high ceiling. The washroom is hugh but shower only.
Everything had a surcharge. Parking, coffee, breakfast nickel and dime you to death.
Everything at this hotel is expensive, from parking to coffee. Better not make a teachers salary if you want to stay here. Downtown costs mixed with a mediocre hotel. Pros: bathroom was awesome, good view of city. Staff friendly and helpful.
Chest of drawers was broken. There was no comfortable seating for 2 people in the room. Therefore, it was not a relaxing area to hang out in. The TV was mounted in a strange location so it made it difficult to view the TV from all places in the room.
Location of hotel was great for us and the staff was excellent!
I enjoyed a lot this hotel. The staff was always available, nice and friendly. Location practical to major attractions of downtown, and metro station just at the corner to reach the airport or other places. the room was highly comfortable.
We had lots of bags and no one offered to help with any of them-either coming or going. Front desk staff was kind but seemed to busy to really provide attentive service.
Appreciated allowing us to store our bags from check out until we needed to leave for the airport.
extremely small king bedroom created in an odd shaped corner of the old building the base price before all of the fees was not what I was quoted valet rate was too high
location valet parking cleanliness decor
Crack in bathroom sink. Use door card for leaving the parking lot.
The staff that I dealt with were very helpful. References to resteraunt locations and helpful with a cancelation and an other booking through a third party. There is a parking fee. Upon check out very helpful as well.
Hated the bed. Neither me or my wife slept good at all. Bed too soft. Room very small. Prices on food and drinks very high.
Bathroom very nice, floors nice. Service excellent. Car parking service nice. Nice restaurant.
Small/cramped room, random charges on my credit card that turned out to be "nothing" and disappeared, didn't have any/all toiletries the first night, LOUDLOUDLOUD ventilation system. No breakfast. :( Bathroom door didn't close all the way or lock- it was a sliding door that you DEFINITELY could look, see the other person, and have a conversation while maintaining eye contact through.
Valet parking was affordable, front doors locked after a certain time, great location (right downtown), very friendly and attentive staff. The shower/showerhead was amazing.. it's my thing. Very comfy bed. In room refrigerator and keycode locking safe. Paul Mitchell! In-building Starbucks, however with very limited options.
While in bed I discovered a bed bug in my bed. I notified the staff. They wanted to bring me more sheets to put on the bed instead of offering me a different room. Really!
The staff only
Parking was tricky but if you valet it's actually cheaper and less confusing.
I absolutely loved the staff. They were more than accommodating and they went out of their way for a request. We also ate before our concert and the food and staff were great. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. I will stay there any time I'm in town or maybe I'll make up a reason it was that nice.
Valet service was poor at best and not very helpful at all..
Walking distance to centennial park and Philips Arena..
Close to attractions. Bar next door. Paid parking bit expensive but good to have car safe.
only one resturant
close to where i was going
No room service.
The staff were very helpful.
