Location is good. Room and ensuite spacious enough and comfortable. Staff helpful.
Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and jovial. Valet did a remarkable job considering the tight space they had to work with. Bistro food was very good but REDICULOUS in price but bartender and servers were exceptional.
Service, location and cleanliness
It is right next to MARTA exit. The room is spacious, with high ceiling. The washroom is hugh but shower only.
The air conditioning system is very noise. The lighting is not enough. There are only one little reading light on the table and one bigger bedside light for the whole room.
Everything at this hotel is expensive, from parking to coffee. Better not make a teachers salary if you want to stay here. Downtown costs mixed with a mediocre hotel. Pros: bathroom was awesome, good view of city. Staff friendly and helpful.
Everything had a surcharge. Parking, coffee, breakfast nickel and dime you to death.
Location of hotel was great for us and the staff was excellent!
Chest of drawers was broken. There was no comfortable seating for 2 people in the room. Therefore, it was not a relaxing area to hang out in. The TV was mounted in a strange location so it made it difficult to view the TV from all places in the room.
I enjoyed a lot this hotel. The staff was always available, nice and friendly. Location practical to major attractions of downtown, and metro station just at the corner to reach the airport or other places. the room was highly comfortable.
Appreciated allowing us to store our bags from check out until we needed to leave for the airport.
We had lots of bags and no one offered to help with any of them-either coming or going. Front desk staff was kind but seemed to busy to really provide attentive service.
location valet parking cleanliness decor
extremely small king bedroom created in an odd shaped corner of the old building the base price before all of the fees was not what I was quoted valet rate was too high
The staff that I dealt with were very helpful. References to resteraunt locations and helpful with a cancelation and an other booking through a third party. There is a parking fee. Upon check out very helpful as well.
Crack in bathroom sink. Use door card for leaving the parking lot.
Bathroom very nice, floors nice. Service excellent. Car parking service nice. Nice restaurant.
Hated the bed. Neither me or my wife slept good at all. Bed too soft. Room very small. Prices on food and drinks very high.
Valet parking was affordable, front doors locked after a certain time, great location (right downtown), very friendly and attentive staff. The shower/showerhead was amazing.. it's my thing. Very comfy bed. In room refrigerator and keycode locking safe. Paul Mitchell! In-building Starbucks, however with very limited options.
Small/cramped room, random charges on my credit card that turned out to be "nothing" and disappeared, didn't have any/all toiletries the first night, LOUDLOUDLOUD ventilation system. No breakfast. :( Bathroom door didn't close all the way or lock- it was a sliding door that you DEFINITELY could look, see the other person, and have a conversation while maintaining eye contact through.
The staff only
While in bed I discovered a bed bug in my bed. I notified the staff. They wanted to bring me more sheets to put on the bed instead of offering me a different room. Really!
I absolutely loved the staff. They were more than accommodating and they went out of their way for a request. We also ate before our concert and the food and staff were great. The rooms were gorgeous and clean. I will stay there any time I'm in town or maybe I'll make up a reason it was that nice.
Parking was tricky but if you valet it's actually cheaper and less confusing.
Walking distance to centennial park and Philips Arena..
Valet service was poor at best and not very helpful at all..
Close to attractions. Bar next door. Paid parking bit expensive but good to have car safe.
close to where i was going
only one resturant
The staff were very helpful.
No room service.
the size of the bathroom was great! There was a small fridge in the room which was very nice.
no microwave in the room - only one in lobby. Smallest rooms I have ever seen in a hotel. Not a good value for your money.
I will satisfied beyond my expectation.
Very friendly staff. Very accommodating.
Better the service at the Starbucks and food area.. The food was good, it was just the long wait on breakfast.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was travelling on business with other people.
Kitchen was very slow with breakfast in the morning and seemed to be unorganized. They were very apologetic - I understand things happen. It may not have been a normal day.
Friendly staff. The bistro is too casual.
Cramped room 809. Had to move to 812 eventually. No bathrobes. No tea, or kettle in the room.
Staff very friendly! Location very close to train station and restaurants and bars
Breakfast need to pay not included in the room rate!
Nice location to Turner field, $12 for a cab to and from the game. Walking distance to nightlife. Friendly staff
The room was VERY small and cramped. Cold hardly open and close the bathroom door when in the bathroom without hitting yourself. The room felt more like it used to be a closet
