From the valet service to the room service, everything was awesome. They made us feel soo at home our whole stay. My husband knew everyone's name by heart. We will definitely stay again!!!

The noise that was going on next door the morning that we was leaving. But it was ok overall.
Warren, the Bellman is always the kindest gentleman!! He has helped us several times with our luggage and he must be way past retirement age!!! He loves his work and is 'still going strong'..!
Our room had no coffee maker or minibar and was very old, however, clean. There was no shower cap..Warren got one for me.

Our reservation couldn't be found when we arrived. We let the desk agent speak with the Booking.com representative. The issue seemed to be with Booking.com communicating with Marriott. It took at least an hour, but the Marriott agent was able to work through the problem and give us a room. We appreciate the extra effort on everyone's part, especially from Marriott.
The hotel was clean and the staff was Very helpful. Even though this is located next to the airport and airplanes are fly past your window, the hotel is sound proof. I never heard a airplane from my room.
It is off the beating path, other than another hotel and office building you are out there. The self parking was $15 per day and the parking lot was alway full, hard to find a space. I was on the 8th floor and my view was of the roof top of the lower section of the hotel and the window washers scaffolding.
Stay in guest jave to be prepared to pay 15.00 along with room rate also you will be charged for out of town calls so makesure your cellphone has that capability.
The rooms were nice and clean. The area was quiet.
The hotel had me for two doubles when I booked a king. We had to wait for a king to get cleaned before we could go up. The police harrassed my boyfriend as he waited for our new room while I went to the gas station right quick down the street. There was also a fee for everything little thing. Even to print something and use their wifi off of your own computer. I have been to plenty nice hotels and I have never had to pay for so many extras in my life. Their system also went down twice when I was there. I had to go downstairs and get a new key every time.
I loved everything about the hotel. I was well taken care of with all my needs and was able to make reservations for the next day at a great rate.
The use of the business center was a bit expensive

Everything was great but the billing.
They double billed my credit card for. Everything and I paid for breakfast included in my reservation and I was charged for it in a seperate billing on my cc along with the daily room rate.
How comfortable the whole experience from the room to the food. I would definitely refer to others. One young man Spencer was extremely helpful and noticed everyone as soon as they entered the building. He is an excellent example of perfect customer service!
There was one member of the staff that was not as friendly as I would have liked especially since she was working the front desk. She was very informative but a smile goes a long way in the customer service industry.

Your staff was not customer friendley at all. When I requested toilet tissue one of your staff members responed to me "are you guys eating toilet tissue up there".Did not receive the tissue until 3hrs later after making another phone call.
