Is basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Is well located and convenient and if is was to visit Atlanta, I would strongly consider basing there again.

bad smell in our room
As a frequent world traveler and frequent user of that hotel I was very disappointed when they didn't allow me a check out at 1 pm. It was the first hotel in the world where they didn't allow me check out at 1 pm. I don't intent to stay there again.
Good service, breakfast, & comfort for the price. :)
Lack of flexibility for a late check out. I had to stay until 1 pm in a work conference call. They only gave me until 12:30 and charged me an extra day for extending until 1 pm. The staff did not show flexibility even after I told them that I was a frequent guest in that hotel. It was not a busy day. The parking lot was empty. I travel often around the world. This is the first time anywhere in the world where I was not allowed to check out at least at 1 pm.
The hotel is quiet, has easy access to I-85 and Buckhead, good breakfast, and helpful staff. It met my expectations. It is also a close walk to a grocery store and a movie theatre.
Easy to locate the hotel, convenient for travelling, quiet hotel, pleasant staff, breakfast was ok.
Hotel was isolated, and it was a bit run down compared to others we have stayed in. It was fine for a one night stay whilst travelling through Atlanta, but we wouldn't choose to stay there again.
The location was great.
The rooms were too expensive for the size.
Someone left a barking dog in their room. I felt bad for the dog, but it barked. On stop for a few hours.
Location, room size, staff, and price Frey is the best, she needs to be commended.
Anything that was remotely nice about the experience of staying here was dashed by getting ripped off when we checked in at 11 pm at night. - Tired, with no where else to go, we were stuck.
Upon check in, we were told there was an 18% tax on top of the price we were quoted on booking.com. 18%!!! Atlanta's tax is 8%. They just added 10% because it was late and we had no where else to stay. I wanted to walk out. Needless to say, I'll never use booking.com again.....Nor will the thousand people I tell about this...and hopefully, the 1,000 people each of those thousand tell.... I'm back to sites that don't surprise you in a really negative way. Next time quote the real price that puts you 5% above all your competition.
Wi-Fi, Breakfast was good. The area was good.
Requested a non smoking room but my room reek of smoke also the carpet was dirty. when I got into bed, there was paper in it.
staff was nice, bed was comfortable
hotel was in a bad area, breakfast wasn't great, hotel was clean, but old.
everything. as long as I go to Atlanta this is where I will stay.
My room had a rollerway left in it, stains on bed, and the shower did not work.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel was clean, god parking and was close to everything.
Actually didn't stay at the hotel. Called for reservations and was told there were availability. Upon arrival was then told it was a mistake because he thought there was, but the room was a stay over. Traveled across town at 1:30 in the morning for nothing! Very frustrating due to the limited availabilty in and around Atlanta.
The desk clerks, Ron and Frey were both very helpful. I left a necklace behind and called the next day. The following day they called me back, and kept it safe until our return three days later. Gloria who serves breakfast, had a part in locating it. She did extra service finding it well secured. We would stay there again primarily because of these fine employees.
We stayed there twice, in two different rooms. The first room's carpet was so dirty, I wouldn't walk barefoot on it. But I noticed the carpet was standard in both rooms. It needs replacing.
Air conditioning didn't work, room wasn't comfortable, location want comfortable,Spa were allowed in rooms, smells were funny,no refrigerator,no microwave, never returning here again!
Price was reasonable. Staff was pleasant at check in. Easy access.
Slow wifi, rooms could have used a good cleaning. Room had old fingernail clippings on floor, garbage behind night stand... Hallways smelled and also could use a good cleaning. covering of smell in room with air freshener was not a actual cleaning. We slept with the window open secondary to the smell.
Dirty. Needs paint & repair. Stinks like decades of cigarette smoke.
Always try to stay here when in Atlanta. Convenient to Buckhead and Midtown. Marta very accessible. Patrolled parking at night. Excellent breakfast in mornings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable.
Sometimes the nonsmoking rooms smell of previous smokers.
Well... This is defintely off the standards of La Quinta chain. Me and my group had a reservations for two double rooms, we arrived in Atlanta at 11 pm and headed straight to hotel. The lady at the front desk was so rude it's unbeliavable. My room was with a horrible smell of smoke and I couldnt even stand to be in there, so i told her about the issue and asked for another room. She told me "we are fully booked, period." So i cancelled my reservation and since it was so late, went to my friends room. Left the other day and i dont plan to come back here ever again. Bad location, far away from everything. Consider somewhere else.
