Atlanta Marriott Buckhead Hotel    

The staff went above and beyond when there was a problem in our room. It was addressed with in 5 minutes and we were relocated immediately without have to ask.

The local next to shopping. The staff was very friendly and personable. Easy access to car. Noon checkout.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing the room was clean and my stay was exceptional!

The room did not offer free cable

I enjoyed the actual hotel itself. The furniture was nice and the comfort level was great.

Staff is very rude. Upon calling to front desk for sugar, coffee, etc the phone was first answered by a gosh then how may I assist you. After the first day, I was unable to use my room key to exit the garage and had to call up front so the gate could be opened. I was charged an additional day of parking and I was not there another day. I called and inquired about parking after booking on booking.com and was informed by staff that parking was free. Upon arrival I was charged 20.00 per day to self park. This information should be accurately relayed so customers can make better choices in the future. Overall, based on lack of customer service/organization at this time I will not return or recommend.

Great location to walk to Houstons .Resaturant

Friendly staff that were very helpful in all the matters. one person at the front desk and the driver got a bit impatient at times. Perfectly set next to the big shoppingmall Lenox and just a short walk to the subway. An extra bonus with the courtesy car if you want a drive within 2 miles. Good gym facilities and the concierge level had excellent breakfast and evening snacks for free. We had a late flight back to Europe and they let us have the room until 4pm without extra cost. Fabulous.

I like the hotel and the wonderful service, the rooms are spotless. Housekeeping does an awesome Job.

The cost to self park at the hotel is $20 per night Valet parking $30 per night The rooms are a bit expensive for the location per night. THIS IS MADNESS. to be so far away from the airport. Landline long distant calls are minimum $25 - $45 for 15 minutes so if you are in need of a conference call which requires you to use a landline phone to continue your business call you must use a payphone. That sucks

Central location to where I needed to be, helpful staff, great service.

My garden level hallway smelled like weed the whole time.

Located close to the Marta (Lenox) comfortable beds and we had a balcony so nice fresh air. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Good breakfast but over priced.

$12.95/ day for wifi when paying $200 for a room - Really? Very disappointing.

The sound isolation is weak in the rooms so any body in the cardior you can hear him or her The price for parking should be lower price since nobody in the weekend live in the hotel

First time staying on concierge floor! What an awesome experience! Great food, snacks and accommodations!

Location was very convienient to MARTA station and across the street to great shopping.

Beds were small - double not queen size, but very comfy. Not a lot of dining choices (Shula's steakhouse) and a Starbuck's, but I never found it! Also maid service was very late in the day - maybe more staff should be working.

We came to shop and the location was excellent. We enjoyed staying on the concierge level, as we had breakfast there each morning and snacks in the evening.

Fitness centre needs a few further extras - changing rooms, pool shower etc.

1) No Free Wifi 2) Inconvenient for smokers 3) Can hear when neighbor is using the restroom or watching tv or leaving the room. 4) No fridge 5) Valet two days cost as 1/2 the price of one day of hotel.
