Staff was rude & embarrassed me publicly. I will not stay here again & will not recommend. I was in Atlanta resolving some issues associated with my mother's recent & unexpected death. The last thing I needed was more stress & aggrevation.

Nice foyer and bellmen, key elevator operation for security. Large clean room, clean hallways. Staff did not introduce amenities on check-in, had to be a sleuth. No refrigerator in room, had to dig to find surrounding restaurants and eateries. Couldnt find a microwave where. Thin walls.

I liked that it was in walking distance to the event my son and I were attending. There were many other attractions that one could easily get to without having to drive. The area was beautiful and it was in an excellent location. We had problems with the heating/air conditioning system as well as the plugs in the bathroom. My son and I attended at concert and when we came back to the room that night it was very hot. Adjusting the thermostat had no effect. My son called the front desk and a man was sent immediately to fix it. He opened something in ceiling of the closet I believe. Neither my son nor I could understand a complete sentence he said. He was nice but I think he was telling us what he did and what to do if it happened again. His English was poor and all either of us could make out was something about the water not flowing in pipes?? We set the thermostat on 69 degrees. When we woke up the next morning the temperature in the room was 63 degrees. My son (24 yrs old) kept trying to get the thermostat to work. My guess is it was stuck and was blowing cold air. Just as he was ready to give up and call the front desk the cold air stopped and the room finally warmed up. I had trouble with the plugs in bathroom. The hotel hair dryer only worked a few minutes before it tripped something and cut off. I tried plugging in my hair dryer and my curling iron to that plug and the plug on the opposite wall. Neither worked. They had worked the night before. I packed all of my necessities to finish getting ready in another part of the room. On a whim, I tried one more time to plug in my curling iron. It worked. I hurried but just as I finished the power at the plugs cut off again. I didn't report it because we were already late in getting away due to these setbacks. I was very disappointed. I've never had that many problems with a room at any hotel I have stayed at before.

The valet service guys were awesome, friendly, helpful, courteous, and respectful I did not like the fact that there was a $28 charge daily to park my vehicle and an extra charge for debit(mind you i have a major credit card) and the hospitality dining area was closed most of the weekend....i was told it was all in small print and i felt like i was being talked down to.
