    Staff was great! The guys helping at the car were amazing and were really quick to get us taxi's and to set up car services! Loved them all!

    small bathroom... but even then that wasn't that big of an issue....

    We guaranteed our rooms with a credit card. Traveling late we checked-in at 1:30 a.m. and were told our rooms were not clean. A half-hour later one room was available for our small family with a 1-year old. Grandma had to wait for her room until 3:30 a.m. in the lobby! At one point they told her they didn't have a room even though it was guaranteed. At one point they said they would have the valet bring her car around so she could sleep in her car. Worst stay of our lives!

    The setting was excellent with a wonderful view of the harbour. The furnishings in the hotel were unique and tasteful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was an excellent holiday.

    This is a huge hotel and the room was nicely updated with a great view of downtown. There were long lines at check in, but once we got to the front desk, the personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our stay was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

    If you're not familiar with the layout of downtown Atlanta, getting to the hotel can be a little confusing with all the one-way streets and different "Peachtree" streets. The valet drop-off is in the front of the hotel and the car pickup is in the back in the basement so it's easy to get turned around. Also, the lines at check-in were really long but I can't exactly blame the hotel for that. Lots of people were working the desk and looking busy. It was just a big convention and this huge hotel was booked up. Luggage was everywhere. It did appear that the desk needed to be greatly expanded and the front desk staff tripled. Another thing was the price for valet parking. One day was $35. That seemed extreme to me, but I wasn't about to drive all over downtown Atlanta with my luggage in tow so I paid it begrudgingly.

    The hotel was connected to other hotels (Hyatt and Hilton), the mall, and the Marta making it extremely convenient. The pool was very nice! The room upgrade was excellent. Floor to ceiling windows , we had a king bed, sleeper sofa in a suite. Plenty of room. I plan to go here again. I am fairly picky and rarely do I stay in the same place twice. My kids loved the elevators! I loved the convenience. I used the gym which was nice too.

    The bathroom in room 3209 was small, but perfectly fine. I would prefer to have more room in the living space so it was no problem.

    It was in downtown Atlanta which we had a great view of the city. It was located in a good place to where our purpose for being there was.

    The staff wasnt competent at all. I couldnt get the help I needed because one of my guest arrived earlier than what I expected to get there and we got the run arounds from multiple people on how to pay for the room. Asking the staff questions was such a task. You dont have a choice but to valet and the cost is extra considering there is no where else to park in downtown atlanta. An additional cost is one thing but Im staying at your hotel why charge me $32 per night to park my car?

    The view was so amazing! The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get out of it! The food at Sear was really good! The drinks Pulse were excellent!

    The bathroom in our King Room was really really small:-(

    I asked to use a microwave & I was told I needed to pay $20.00 a day. I thought that was a little excessive when all I wanted was to warm up a plate of food!

    My friends & I came Atlanta from Philadelphia for the Jay Z & Beyonce concert. We were able to check in an hour before regular check-in time. The staff from the bellman, to front desk, & concierge was helping with deciding on transportation to the Dome. Very attentative.

    The air conditioner in the room was very loud & no matter how high we turned up, the chill came through the vents. The bathroom sink & tub weren't as clean, and there was only one trash can in the room.
