Score from 139 reviews Excellent
The staff were extemely polite and helpful. The location was within walking distance to many of the sites/socialising areas of Atlanta.
Just what I needed for my business trip. Quiet, comfortable, clean with fun places within the hotel to hang out outside of the room.
Internet connection, even when paying for the extra fast connection was fine at times but poor at others. This seems to be a problem at many hotels.
Very busy with a variety of actvities going on in the hotel during the course of the weekend.
Very hot in elevators and in the Marta station. Not very comfortable when you are wearing a suit and tie.
Great location and great views
The towels all had hair in them
no refrigerator in room.
We were a bit skeptical of the front desk at 1st,due to previous reviews. However, he was super friendly, allowed us to check in early, and even gave us a free upgrade with an amazing view! And the room was spacious, and very clean. Throughout out stay, we didn't one employee who was rude. Everyone greeted us with a smile, and was super helpful!
Other than one of the elevators not working (which is a mechanical issue) there really wasn't much to dislike! The only reason we had the issue with the elevator is because we only had 2 elevators to take us to our room. Don't fret though, they have more than 2 elevators, it's just broken up in different levels!

The corners in the bathroom could have been cleaner The bedspread/quilt had a few light stains but appeared to have been washed and smelled clean.
The hotel is beautiful. Loved the view of the hotel inside, the convenience of the restaurants and bar. The bartenders are social able and makes wonderful drinks. Spend alot of time at the bar.
The room I was in, the room was warm. Call to the front desk several times and had to wait a very long time. Eventually I was moved to another room after three days however my room rate increased. After check out, my bill had hidden fees. Room was not 100 a night as agreed but 126 a night with fees. Spent more than I would have liked.
I loved the hotel with all the different places u could do. You didn't even have to leave the hotel if you didn't want to everything was there
I can't think of anything.
desk clerk upon arrival and bell man who took luggage to room, couple of gentleman at valet parking.
Hidden fees, no maid service, hard beds, staff being unprofessional in some areas of hotel.
The hotel was buzzing with guests and very lively.
Housekeeping knocking on your door despite request for privacy.
The included breakfast is very good
At the time of Cons (beginning September) you shouldn't go there - exceptionell you like overcrowded hotels, where the Ester of the Swimmingpool Pool is dirty!
The vibe of the hotel during the Dragon Con event is awesome Gym was excellent Bed was super comfortable Great system to connect between hotels I thought internet access was too expensive and had to complain. Staff was understanding and helped me out. We are used to have free wifi in even small hotels in Europe and South America
That there were no rooms available for the weekend Internet wasnt working on my first room Charging to receive packages is a low blow that a lot of hotels are very comfortable doing
Limited parking is only complaint. Had to park in sun trust garage.
The room for the money was terrible. It was like a super 8 motel room. No microwave, no Refridgerator, No free WiFi. Actually Holiday Inn rooms are MUCH NICER.
Beds comfortable, staff courteous and helpful.
No refrigerator in the room, no water to make coffee, really small bathroom and $35 a nite charge for parking (never revealed when I made reservation).
The hotel was beautiful and all the staff we came in contact with were great.
The a/c in our room was always blowing cold, even when I turne it up to 80 it was still blowing until I turned it completely off. The bathroom is so small and difficult to maneuver around in. Also, my wife and I received 1 large bath towel an 1 small pool towel looking thing. Not ideal for 2 people.
Nice place to stay, excellent sleep
No parking available really made it horrible and they never once cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels made bed etc.. kinda ruined the cleanliness factor
The hotel building has a amazing architecture inside.
No shuttle to Atlanta events
Dining experience wasn't great. Maybe next time?
The room was decent with an ok view
The cost was way too much. For that price I would suggest the Hyatt, The W, or the Omni. We got locked out of the room bc the key the hotel gave us didn't work. It was 4 am and we had to go out for food bc they didn't have all night restaurant or room service like other 4 star hotels in the area do. When I went down 30 floors they insisted on an ID. Like I said I got locked out of the room, all I had was the key they gave me that didn't work. I had to call a manager to help. The room was small nothing like it's advertised. I'm a smoker of course I don't mind not smoking in the room I don't smoke in my house or car but the only area where u could smoke was near the entrance most places have several smoking areas
I loved the customer sercixe and the neatness of the rooms and its location around all the restaraunts and marta station.
I didnt like that the water and coffee they put in the room even the wifi cosyed money. I mean dont even put a 6 dollar water bottle in the rooms without over advertising that its 6 bucks. By the time the seal broke i had already sspent 6 bucks.
I liked the location of the hotel
I felt the hotel was way too large for me, too much going on.
