I hate fluffy pillows
I loved the view & privacy... I Love the location and how everything is Walkin distance.
I thought it was free parking available & free Wi-Fi. Disappointed me on that one.no more complaint.
Location is great, Staff is so friendly, They provided me a free upgrade to a suit for my wife's birthday.
Nothing it was just amazing
Starbucks open at 6am.
35$ valet parking only, closed facilities (bar, pool, hot tub, Starbucks, spa) when we arrived. 6$ "VIP" warm water bottle.
Close to restaurants
Being charged an enormous bar bill that wasn't mine. The staff needs to ID everyone who's charging. Not happy!
The pillow top on the bed was awful and lumpy. I even traded beds but woke up with a sore back both mornings. The restaurant staff and check out desk made me late getting out of the hotel. On my last morning, I ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and went to check out about 40 min later. The breakfast had not been added to my bill and I needed a complete bill. The first guy at the check out desk could not figure out what to do when the restaurant would not answer their phone. Finally a smart person ran to the restaurant to have the bill entered after I waited about 20 min, which made me late.
The hotel was awesometastic.
Poor view from window
Emjoyed all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure your stay was pleasant.
When dialing zero for operator there was a long wait. If the phone had a button for housekeeping, spa and valet, you would not have to go through the operator. Five minutes is to long to wait. However, when answered they are extremely polite!
Nice hotel , with old Mattresses.
Valet and bellman very nice
Blood on walls in bathroom, called manager, never cleaned off (stayed 5 days) bed was broken literally at a 45 degree angle, super uncomfortable, disgusting tiny squished pillows. Maid would not let me have extra towels. Towels and linens smelled terrible. Absolute worst stay ever! And very expensive at 349 a night plus 50 in taxes and 35 for parking!!
Easy access to the City
The staff! They remember from year to year! Everyone is so nice!!!
The restaurant sometimes is a little slow with remembering to look after me! I am a good tipper but my last visit the waitress forgot to ever bring my first drink! Had to walk up to bar to get me and my daughter drinks
I loved the location and the hotel design
The erratic services of free WiFi and mobile phone services
Staff , rooms , restaurants and comfort
The size of the room, no refrigerator, and how the valet Parker expected tips while the price was already high for over night parking.
The staff was great. The breakfast buffet was superior
The mattress was very soft and u comfortable. Had to request blankets and sleep on the floor
No free wifi access.
Everything except 35 fee for valet.
staff are pleasant and option of late check out is great even if you pay harlf the room rate.
architecture inside is a block of concrete. no greenery, no plants. Needs a makeover.
Everything was first class
I was quoted $508.00 but my invoice was $589.00
We had big prob with maid The towel thing drove us crazy, first day no towel like she forgot, rest of trip was hit or miss some times we got one sometime two, maybe a washcloth one day maybe two. We could just not figure it out.
Testing the fire alarms all morning. Then the bill I got and the one posted to my credit card there was a 35 dollar difference.
The room did not offer a in room fridge to keep open drinks or not eaten food cool.
