Every so often an entire hotel experience just falls into place and things seem to work out seemlessly. This weekend was one of those times. Sweet location, clean property, friendly staff...all at a great price. Thumbs up Marriott, you did it again. Thank you!
Can't think of anything! Which means I will be back!
On a king size bed they have 6 halves pillows. Instead off putting full size pillows on the bed. We found that to be uncomfortable
City view is awesome
A better understanding of the hotel parking.
Love the view from the 39th floor
The room was great, the hotel overall was really, really good.
A hotel of this class should not be charging for wireless internet service. Just include it with the price, but don't nickel and dime me for Internet access.
All the staff was superb and accommodating. Room was very comfortable and inviting. The inside of the hotel, plus the restaurant and the bar lounge area are very roomy.
Evening meal very good, but I thought was pricey. Parking pricey, when you can good next door for less or go two blocks for still less. Have to drive or take a cab to shop.
The view the bed
The counter people
The hotel has alot of amenities and the breakfast buffet was great
The parking wasn't free and was very High
Great staff, very helpful and attentive to your needs.
beds were comfortable. view was beautiful. price was affordable
no microwave or mini fridge in the room. bathroom was small. parking fee was too high
The hotel was fantastic. The view from our room was amazing. We booked B&b which was a god send because travelling from the uk we got up very early. Breakfast started at 630.
The Aircon in the room was very load.
It wasn't clean. I felt uncomfortable. It was too expensive and wasn't worth the money. I left after one night
The check-in staff was very helpful and gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The hotel has a very upscale feel for a reasonable rate. The view from our suite was amazing!
Some bellmen were not polite. Valet was occasionally a long wait. Very busy in general.
Parking rates, and no fridge or microwave in room.
The staff was incredibly helpful, everywhere you turned there was someone to help. Whether it was ck. in or bags, or wait staff or housekeeping!
The room was incredibly small, we had a corner room, with a king, it was barely big enough to walk around the end and the bath so small that you had to side step the toilet to close the door. The hotel was also extremely hot, there was a charge of 14.95 a day for internet. The dust ruffle was a queen for a king bed and there were lights out ( had to jiggle to make come on, these things may seem nit picky but the open areas were huge! Poor design.
the cost at the restaraunt and the bar was outrageous. totally off the charts. for the price of the rooms and everything else, you would think there would be free wi-fi. or at least at a reasonable price. $15 a day is ridiculous
The staff. They were very accommodating.
They way the valet seemed to be holding my car keys for ransom. Their company charges 35 dollars a day for your car to be parked. According to my math, that equates to about 70 dollars for ten minutes worth if work. In my opinion, no tip for that, as a matter of fact maybe I should have applied for a job with them. Beware!!!! If you are going to leave the Hotel, you are going to expeirience D.C. level bums. Everything from a screaming woman demanding cash because she believes she's entitled, to an array of people who sit on corners (because it's to much work to stand) shaking the change in their McDonalds cups at you as you walk by (they won't talk they just shake their cups) to sly old men who appear to consider themselves players hitting you up for any kind of cash. Beware these bums patrol the streets better than any beat cop. I saw all of them at least twice while I was walking around. The cleaning service at the hotel decided to take the bath may and not replace it, and didn't replace the coffee or cups in the room and didn't bother to replace the soap or shampoo either. Other than those few things, it was a very nice stay. Will I stay there again, yes, just as as long as I don't have to leave the hotel for anything and can get someone to drop me off.
Nice view and staff were all great
I had hair in the tub and receipts from someone else in the desk drawer.
Internet is not free inside the rooms
Excellent, clean room, though furniture and fittings a bit shabby. View from 35th floor was spectacular.
Service and food in the hotel Restaurants were very poor. Surprisingly so. We waited ages for a dinner that was almost too cold to eat. Lunch next day in a different restaurant was poor. Enjoy the room, but eat in Starbucks or the nearby Peachtree Mall. Some reception staff were snappy, though others were very good.
The location was great, just a ten minute walk from the aquarium and the World of Coca Cola which was the main reason for our stay. The rooms were lovely and the floor to ceiling windows meant you got great views. There was plenty of choice food wise in the different restaurants.
The bed was extremely soft and didn't provide much support so is not really suitable for anybody with back/neck trouble.
Room and location was excellent
The Parking was a little on the high Side. Their is no free any thing. breakfast was a complete bust. Had to leave the building for that,or pay over 18 dollars for 2 eggs and toast. That's not going to keep me going till lunch. And for crying out loud a bottle of water in your room is 6 Dollars, come on... Over all the room was great but for what we payed we coud have stayed cheaper with a whole lot more..
Staff were exceptional. The room was lovely if a bit worn and if you like enormous modern hotels this is for you. The design is space age and I can see how it would be used as a set on The Hunger Games.
Size and food
liked the whole place but would have liked a view all we saw was roof tops
paying for parking never any where else and the price why pay for parking
There seemed to be a lot of events going on and the atmosphere was awesome
I asked for a king size and got two full beds. Not a huge problem just felt a bit let down.
