i loved everything. the service was perfect
Our room and the food.
The hot tube wasn't hot enough. Then whe we called the night lady wasn't really nice about it. Put was in a bummer mood.
Size of suite
the bed & pillows were so hard we couldn't sleep, bad customer service at the lobby restaurant
My car was backed into by another car. $550 damage to my new BMW.
I was only there for one night, however everything was nice. The customer service was pretty good, and my room was very comfortable. I would definitely come back.
That parking fee was rediculous! I was there for only one night, I feel like I definitely shouldn't have had to pay $26 to park.
The price to pay for Parking. We were hotel guests and I'm not sure why I had to pay to park when I'm staying at your facility.
Room is large, spacious; as advertised in pictures.
$26/day parking Wifi $14.95/day LAN line internet $14.95/day Bar closes before 11pm Friend walked up day of stay and got a cheaper rate by $30
Solid value for money in a 4* hotel, nice large rooms cconfortable for longer stays....location excellent if u want Midtown
Very limited options in the bar (poor whisky and wine selection)
The hotel was in walking distance to our Gregg Allman concert.
Spacious room and bathroom plus helpful staff.
Wallpaper and sofa outdated needs upgrade.
Everyone was super nice answering questions and helping us during our stay.
The room was clean
Bed was very uncomfortable, I was charged $31 for valet and was not told about it until I revived my bill. I allowed my 16 yr old and her friend order food that cost me a small fortune. I booked this room on bookings.com for $179 for 1 night and ended up paying $308.30 for 1 night and that was after I had to argue about the valet charge. She only took half off of that. Not happy!!
No free wifi, limited food choice for veggies, no local tourist services....
*Good size rooms, which included sofa *Parking *Location: walking distance to everything! *Pool and hot tub *Rainfall shower head
*Separate shower was nice, but the door leaked quite a bit :( *Extra charge for wifi
It was within walking distance to several great restaurants and Piedmont Park. We never used the car for the 5 days we were there. Also close to a Marta stop.
The 14.95 per hour wifi charge. Unnecessary when you pay $169 a night plus $25 for parking.
Friendly staff, great location, convenient parking
The suite is very comfortable but our last nights rate should have been honored at the rate of the other nights and not price gouge us
The price for parking is way too much for the cramped and limited parking garage. Parking should be included. There isn't any staff that Marriott is paying to man the garage so the cost should be little to none. Also their should be free wi fi in each room. Feel as though we experienced price gouging by increasing our last nights rate.
Proximity to great restaurants. Easy walk to Piedmont Park and area attractions
I liked the bed.
Their was a foul odor in the room. The $25 parking was ridiculous!! Buffet breakfast was poor when compared to other Marriott's in Atlanta.
Suite was divided into comfortable living areas.
Cleanliness, refridgerator, staff
I asked for a quiet room. There was an argument on the parkingslot at 3.30 am. That was not the falt of the hotel, but the loud noise beginning at round about 5 in the morning was definetly caused by the hotel. I heard it last year also and I thougt it was caused by a guest who plays with the furniture. But it seems like a hotel caused noise, because this year was the same. It's not possible to sleep if there ist a loud noise - like wooden pieces smashed togehter.
The location was great for bar hopping and if you just wanted to walk around downtown instead of driving.
The price of parking was ridiculous considering how tight the parking deck was.
It was a very welcoming stay. The location was prime. The dinner at the lobby grille was delicious. Housekeeping was generous with the towels and items we requested. The bed was sooooooooooooo cool and comfortable. Really enjoyed the separate tub and shower too!
Outside of our balcony it smelled like exhaust and fried chicken... guess that is the city for ya!
The actual location was excellent. Bed and bathrooms very good.
Sofa was old ,worn and had a lot of stains on it and was odorous.Parking much to expensive, should not charge so much for internet ,if they need to charge at all...Staff ill mannered and laugh at your short comings ,very rude.
