Feel like it's home... Love it!!!
A/C shut off automatic when I sleep at night and when I'm not in the room.
location and receptionist
room maintenance is poor.
Very clean, comfortable and contemporary. I would say great value for your money.
I didn't care too much for the breakfast. I also smelled pot from one of the rooms.
Very clean, staff it's really nice. Really enjoyed my stay
Nice staff, clean hotel, conveniently located to various places.
Nothing in particular.
I liked how clean my room was and how I could come in on the side door.
I didn't like the water pressure in the shower and how I could here the people upstairs.
Everything especially the view of Atlanta from my room. You could see midtown and downtown
We really enjoyed the comfy king bed. The staff were very friendly even when we checked in at 3am. Very clean room
Room had a very strong insence smell. I don't know what they were trying to cover up everything looked very clean. The smell gave me a runny/sneezy nose it was so strong.
The hotel is located in a zone where you can't heard the car noises
accomodations are so small, microwave and refrigerator were dirty, if you try to sleep well you can't because this hotel is Pet Friendly and you can heard the dogs barking
Many amenities are included in the price like parking, Wi-Fi and continental breakfast. The staff is very helpfula and cordial
The room was not cleaned one of the days. The bathroom did not have a lock
The hotel looks exactly like the photos, so no worries there. Whew! :) The bed was very roomy and incredibly cozy. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also a nice size. Everything was very clean: interior, exterior, hallways, pool. The location was perfect for everywhere we went. It's roughly 10-20 min away from great spots in Atl.
We hated that there was no full length mirror. Also, some of the pets got really noisy at certain parts of the day.
I enjoyed the overall stay. Room was nice, and the location was in a decent spot. Close to the freeway and other conviences.
I didn't like the fact that other guest had huge dogs. I am a pet friendly person but I think for others safety and leisure time dogs barking at all hours of the night isn't really considered in other peoples stay. Also there was a few loud guess yelling through the hallways and in there rooms to the point I could hear them in my room. Also the struggle for a parking spot was real, but overall stay was pretty decent.
I didnt get a chance to stay at the hotel because the room i made reservations for was taken due to a conference i knew nothing about another room was offered but i was not satisfied so i left. And will never return thanks for nothing.
Clean friendly staff.
Some of the guest were Loud at night, that was no fought of the hotel.
Good price. Felt safe
There was a feminine pad wrapper in our garbage can. Which I found totally disgusting. I did not see it until I woke up. The sheets did not smell clean. So glad I beought my own. There were hairs in my bath tub. I had to shower with my flip flops on.
Front desk staff was excellent. Very courteous and offered helpful information about restaurants and tourist destinations.
Not the cleanest hotel. Blinds in hallway hadn't been dusted in a while. We left our room at noon one day and removed the Do Not Disturb sign so housekeeping could clean. They did not clean the room. Another day we left earlier, and they did make the beds, but they left no new toilet paper or towels so we had to go to the front desk for these ourselves. They did not clean the ice bucket and give a new liner.
I liked the location of the hotel. It wasn't too far from downtown.
The room I stayed in was not very clean. When we first arrived, the room had a very weird smell. My husband and I couldn't figure it out, until we got in the shower. It was the shower curtain! It reeked of "sourness"; my husband went to tell the front desk and they said it wasn't much they could do since housekeeping left. Needless to say, we had to wait until the next day for it to be changed. The tv's were horrible, I kept getting a "unavailable" error on my screen, I called the front desk and they said it was a known issue that happens. I asked them can it be fixed and they said no. That I would just have to wait. They shouldn't advertise t.v. service with a room that only works 30-40% of the time. Housekeeping was horrible, we went one whole day with our room untouched, trash piled up due to the take out and we had to wait until the next day for it to be cleaned...we was on the 5th floor and the elevators went out, LOL just issue after issue within a 3 night stay. I wouldn't go back to this place.
Your staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!
Everything was wondergul
The location was in an awesome spot, very close to downtown but just a few enough miles away from the city traffic.
The first room we got had mildew so they moved us to the terrace floor which was the floor for people with pets and I didn't know. It was annoying hearing the barks and passing by growling dogs !
Cleanliness, Good staff e great location
I liked everything about the hotel and the staffs. The breakfast was great too.
The location is too far outside of the city. I wanted something in the city. I'm a young traveler and this was my first time visiting Atlanta. I hated the fact that one-way cab fare was $40.
Beds are super comfortable. Rooms are big and set up well. Very clean, except the bathroom floor.
It was very loud at night. People were slamming doors, talking on speaker phone, and kids running down the hallway between 11p.m and 4 a.m. Hard to get sleep on those comfy beds.
