The staff was friendly!
Rooms were very old and I felt like I was in the 1980's
We had to wait at desk to sign in awhile unroll somebody finally showed up. The pillows were not good. Not much of a selection for breKfast.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only problem we had was the fire alarm kept beeping.
The booking process was very easy and I will use it again.
We were checked into rooms that were not made up when we arrived. The staff was not knowledgeable about some things, unhelpful with others, and the breakfast was unsatisfactory. La Quinta is off our list of places to stay in the future.
NO NEWSPAPERS AND NOBODY KNEW ABOUT NEWSPAPER BOX DISPENSERS
Two other friends and I shared a double bed room and everything about this La Quinta was great! The staff was friendly, the housekeepers were nice, the rooms were spotless. I think, personally, that this is the best La Quinta that I have stayed at so far. We had no problems at all.
Well, I guess we did have one problem. The bathroom doors didn't have a lock. They were curious as to why we didn't have a fridge but no big deal.
Employees were kind, considerate and willing to help in any way they could.
There were a group down the hall hanging out outside their room. They started smoking marijuana and it covered the whole hall way on multiple floors. When I reported it the clerk at the desk just told me "people are going to break the rules no matter what" and it was blown off! Not the way I would have handled that situation
Friendly/helpful clerk. Location. Easy access. Felt secure. Would return there.
Cabinet door hiding frig had a broken hinge. Noise from pool was annoying.
Great Location, alot of Good restaurants around the corner. Safe neighborhood. Highly recommendated for friends.
Good location, close to the office where I worked Complimentary breakfast Parking
Pets permitted in hotel, dogs barking at night Very noisy doors banging on adjoining rooms when closed Other guests were very noisy and were not very considerate of other guests (much shouting in corridors) - would be an idea to notify guests to be more considerate when accessing rooms. Perhaps a welcome sheet with this and other information on it.
beds, cleanliness, location, breakfasts, staff, comfort, swimming pool, parking
slow elevator, loud offensive parties next door for 2 nights.
It was quiet!
I requested a smoke-free room when I reserved but when checking in the room was already given to someone else. Also took forever to get towels.
The location was great. There were very nice restaurants in the area as well as movie theater and shopping centers. Breakfast was good that was offered at the hotel.
Wifi for a hotel was actually great.
The room was dirty. There were leftover items from the previous tenant. The shower had stains. There were used towels and soap in the shower.
Bugs in my room
We traveled with 4 teenagers for a weekend at Six Flags and Stone Mountain. The hotel was in the center between the two and we only had about 20 minutes to either destination
A little difficult getting into and out because of median in street. Had to make u turns several times
The location was great. The facility description and photos were just as it showed on the website.
Just the water pressure in the shower.
The staff was very professional & eager to provide great customer service. Knowledge of Atlanta's MARTA was spot on. The breakfast offered was all one needed. The brand of coffee offered was not so good, but we are coffee snobs who are used to the Keurig brew system. The housekeeping staff kept our room clenched and supplied for our 3 day stay. Overall, a very good hotel stay.
The coffee and night time seemed to bring some guests to life all night long while we tried to sleep. It was 4th of July weekend and I suspect that had a lot to do with the revelry.
Close to Downtown Atlanta. Beautiful surroundings with Restaurants and Retailers near.
That Front Desk lady said there was no room available when I had made Reservation the previous week. She later retracted.
There wasn't anything I didn't like! My stay was excellent!
We were able to check in early with are room being ready.
We were unable to use the swimming pool because they had a bunch of college students that took up the pool. It was noisy because our 2nd story window faced the pool. It was also noisy because of the barking dogs in the room next to ours. We were also disappointed in the breakfast. The tables were dirty, though once I asked for a cloth, one of the staff wiped down the tables. But was also disappointed in the breakfast selection. It was a poor continental with DIY Belgian waffles. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
The location of the hotel was gorgeous.
That they allowed my pet to stay at the hotel.
That the hot tub was out of order, but there was a pool which was great.
