The room was very comfortable and spacious. There was also a stocked kitchenette in the room which was convenient.

Cleanliness and management friendly. Plenty of coffee packets for 2 big coffee drinkers and nice place for the money spent.

The staff is very friendly and willing to accomidate your needs. The room was modern, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable, and the Ocean view was just spectacular! And we could not find any other place that was could come close to there price. Definatly woth the money! We will stay here again for our next visit.

Very cheap construction of this new place- elevator engine very loud, poor insulation between rooms. We fortunatetely had "white noise" so that helped.

It was a quiet location yet only a short walk to the center of town. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating to our requests. The view was perfect and even the weather cooperated!

I loved its location! It was close enough to everything but far enough away that you didnt have to listen to all the comotion! The room was beautiful!

The view of the ocean was wonderful.The staff was friendly and accomadating.

The noise from the room above was not pleasant.It sounded like the upstairs occupants were doing cartwheels. The beds could have been better, they were nice and bouncy, but hard as a rock.The hotel is a bit of a walk to the shops and beach. This is fine on the trip there, but LONG on the way back.They should offer golf cart rides or something.

The suite was absolutely spotless! Yes, the place is fairly new however the housekeeper here actually takes pride in her job and it shows! She was so sweet and very accommodating! It was a perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of Hampton Beach, but close enough to walk to. Simply perfection!!

The only minor problem we found was that our king size bed (only half) was a bit creeky. I think it could've been the box spring under one side. Hopefully, they'll get that fixed one day.

I loved the location. The view off our balcony was beautiful. The room was very nice and clean.

The house cleaning staff needs lesson on how to clean. Crumbs on the floor after they said they had clean. Counters also had crumbs on them.

It was a great experience. Every morning, we woke up n had a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, hearing the waves gently hitting the shore. Like a post card. The staff was so nice n checked on us if we needed anything. Perfect for even just lounging in the room with the sea air n beautiful view. Brought my 4yr old, n they accommodated all of his needs as well. Great place for a couples romantic trip or a family vacation. Great hotel, definitely returning!

Wish they had a single electric stove burner in kitchenette so I could have made eggs, lol. There really isn't anything you can't like about the place. It's wonderful, all around.
