The ocean view from our suite was great!

We only wished we could have had a complimentary coffee in our room as some hotels offer!

I wanted a different room cause my first stay there was outstanding.

Needs a lot of updating, everything in the suites old and in need of update

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were outdated and the queen beds are reg. queen sized beds. Not many amenities not worth the money will continue to stay at the casino, better rooms for the buck. Garage is too small and if you park on the top floor, no elevator. The garage is not good for those that are physically challenged.

Room was spacious. View was nice.

Very aged furniture. Elevators are inadequate. Had to walk down 10 stories after waiting over 30 minutes for an elevator at 11 am. They have plastic protectors on the mattress and pillows causing you to sweat when sleeping.

We love that you can park the car and not having to drive until you leave. And that you walk out the door right onto the Boardwalk.

We had a coffee maker but no coffee or anything that goes with it.

The pictures online doesn't even compare to the room. The smell , 2lights didn't work, and there was no where to eat.my pillows felt like paper and there wasn't even a light by the toilet.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The security and men downstairs was also superb.

I didnt like the process of waiting for the inspection. Each room was supposed to fully inspected before guest check in and Our room was not. There were several problems that had to be fixed prior to us checking in, which made the stay an inconvenience by having maintence men in and out over an hour duration.

The jacuzzi and the size of the room

The room needs an upgrade ! The room was big but the things making up the room ( bed , sheets, carpet, furniture , & the bed ) were cheap ! Room says none smoking but burn holes In blanket & smell in the room . They want too much for this hotel , they want the room charge plus 100 deposit plus charges for any and everything up to unclean dishes ! By the way hotel offers kitchenette with no dishes ! Simply amazing !!

Difficult for older people to bathe in the jacuzzi tub/ shower.

The checking time was 4PM Strictly) Why don't you make it 6PM and check out time 6 am, so you have the room all day.

The check in procedure, the detached narrow garage with no elevator, the cracks in our bathroom floor, the odd design of our dimly lit queen size suite, the inability to adjust the heat, no full size ironing board.

Parking sucked

It was right on the board walk!

The card reader on the boardwalk enterance did not work and when we asked security about it we were accused of not knowing how to use it. They were very rude and disrespectful and did not have good customer service at all. We had such a problem with them we left 2 nights early. Also, we were not once asked how our stay was or an apology from security for the way they acted. We will never stay here again.

Everything. Room was dirty, and the place was basically a dump. Checked in, 20 minutes later checked out.

Has a full kitchen, price is comparable if not better than the casino hotels.

They literally will charge you for everything, so you have to be very anal about clean up. (Leaving a dish in the sink could cost $50 or so, taking a towel $10 or so, its all listed...)
