Great view of sea for room Good location Great Spa Staff were very friendly -Kitchenette not well equiped -Not impressed at having to pay almost $100 for 3 days parking + tips every time you arrive or leave the Hotel -The pool could be warmer -No late checkout allowed -Got a 5am wakeup call which I had not arranged...

I booked and paid in advance for an "oceanview" studion, but when I arrived I was "upgraded" to a "suite" on the back side of the building and when I requested to refuse the upgrade for my view I was informed my room was no longer available. In addtion, do not make any spoecial request from room service, i.e., a well done eggs. I simply wii not happen. Do not book;you will be disaapointed--Go to the Hilton Beach Resort next door. I will never return.

Beautiful hotel , large spacious rooms, mine had nice kitchenette and sea view. Room was cleaned promptly in the morning and bed was turned down again in the evening by cleaning staff. Nice location right across from the beach and within ten minute walk of the galleria mall. Hotel also had lovely bar and restaurant area. Bit of a distance from las olas boulevard, but I knew this when I booked hotel and anyway water taxi stop a five minute walk from hotel which will take you to las olas boulevard on that boat trip.

Vi hade bokat hemifrån. Kom sent på kvällen, fick ett mycket bättre rum än vi bokat. Helt underbar, stor suitet. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Dyrt med bilparkering.

Die Lage am Beach von Ft. Lauderdale ist ein Traum! Das Hotelpersonal ist durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer groß und wunderschön. Schôner Pool im 5. Stock. Vallet Parken hat immer superschnell geklappt. Mit Meerblick gebucht, seitlicher Meerblick ist es dann geworden, allerdings mit toller Aussicht zusätich auf die Skyline von Ft. Lauderdale Downtown. Daher waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Hôtel très fonctionnel bien placé pour la plage et les restaurants ,personnel agréable et disponible.Cuisine dans la chambre très appréciable. Notre chambre était grande avec une belle vue et un balcon. Proximité d'une double voie avec beaucoup de circulation. Parking et autres services assez chers.
