Value for the Seattle area Place has seen its better days....getting pretty run down. Not that it wasn't clean... just worn out!

The room was clean the bed was comfortable. The amenities were nice. I told front desk that I needed a wake up call on both days. My wake up call was late both days. This wasn't that much of a problem because the walls are thin and the guest next to me woke me up at 3 AM shouting drunkenly the first night and slamming doors the second night. I also told them one of the lamp in the room didn't work on the morning after my first night (it still didn't work when I left). The bathroom wasn't provided with either a bathmat, a rubber tub mat or safety rails. I slipped getting out of the tub/shower. I wasn't seriously injured but it's a safety hazard.

The rooms aren't kept up. We went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they didn't have any. Also asked for more pillows and they said only can have four to a room, but we only had three. Not that that matters. I've never stayed at a place where you can't get extra pillows or they run out of towels. We picked this place because they have a pool, but it was drained and didn't say that on the website and the hot tub was dirty. Wouldn't put a toe in it! We have never been this dissatisfied with a place before! We have stayed at two star hotels before and were never this bad. The water pressure was horrible and the shower curtain holder was falling apart and one wall of outlets didn't work.
