    Close proximity to resteraunts Clean Wifi was good

    Needed revamped cigarette burns on bathtub for example

    Staff very helpful and professional. Loved the heated outdoor pool!! Recommend to everyone as its close to shopping and restuarants

    Rooms could use a facelift, other then that it was great....oh yeah breakfast could be better!!!

    Location to local airport was great many places to eat nearby

    Did not like the desk clerks room staff was ok. Booking.com did not do correct booking at any of the hotels we booked through them.

    room was clean and it's nice they spread guests out so you have quiet time.

    No hot tub this year and the pool shuts down way to early for summer.Do not ask for special things with your booking as you will not get them!

    Nothing good.

    First put in room with no tv service and poorly made bed.Owners need to hire person to take care of breakfast service.Food ran out at 8:30 am and not replaced. Door locked for breakfast at 8:45 am.Families upset.Noisy teens at 3 and 5 am. Will not stay there ever again.

    Afternoon desk clerk is a cross-dresser with a bad attitude. Other than him staff is excellent.

    It was quiet. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Casino nearby was fun.

    Wi-Fi wasnt very good at all. Very slow and hard to connect to. Need more parking when "at capacity."

    The desk clerk on the morning we checked out was excellent, on top of things, and helpful.

    The place is a little tired, a little dirty. A vacuum cleaner was left in our room which indicates it probably had not been used yet. We were unable to get a non-smoking room--it is even legal to have smoking rooms? The smell was not pleasant. Sounds of helicopters from the adjacent airport during the day.

    Staff was pleasant and helpful.

    No one monitored the pool area. Even with all the notices, people were there smoking and drinking. Also, on the last day of our stay, no hot water and no offer of a discount or other compensation.

    The only thing pleasurable was the pool. Otherwise, the staff was incredibly rude... especially Zack... who had a horrible attitude when we brought up an issue with the plumbing. I was locked out of my room due to the staff not booking me for the days I reserved online. It was rectified but that was after I was told all of my belongings were removed from my room... which in fact they were not. The staff lied to me on several occasions, which is extremely unprofessional. I had a very understanding and kind character and I let most things go, but these staff members need to know what the problems are in order to rectify them. The gentleman who checked me out of the hotel was the only office staff member with any sort of manners. Oh! And the yelling and arguing of a few of the staff members made for a very uncomfortable trip the the ice machine.

    Office staff rudeness. I was lied to by 2 of the office staff. My reservations were messed up resulting in my being locked out of my room. Members of the office staff yelling and arguing outside in the hallway of some of the rooms. There was one office staff member in particular who was incredibly rude... Zack. Brown water coming out of the faucet in the tub. My room smelled funny I had to buy a candle...

    Room smelled like cigeraette smoke, stains on the carpet, and overall a very, very horrible stay. The hotel is also in the same lot (only feet away) from a casino.

    I like the pool it was clean and the kids enjoyed swimming.

    The room smelled like dog pee they could have cleaned it more. One of the towel have small hairs (we didn't use it) it might be from a dog.

    Staff was friendly, room was pretty clean, housekeeping was excellent. Pool was clean, breakfast was good.

    Other guests tend to be loud and rude. But that happens at all hotels.

    WiFi Signal was decent Pool was Clean Nice Staff Walking distance to Sit down and Fast Food Restaurants, Walgreen Mini Fridge, Microwave and Coffee machine in Room

    1st Room we were given smelled of urine. the staff moved us to a different room Not in a very good part of town Breakfast Bar Closes 2 hours before checkout. Juice Machine in Breakfast bar did not work. Shower Head in our 2nd Room did not work properly. Thin Walls

    Staff was great. Zach was the best! Clean room and a place to sleep. Was fine for our short trip.

    WiFi very slow, went in and out. Fairly impossible to complete homework online. Room smelt a bit musty but was good for the price.

    Concierge was nice and the breakfast was appreciated.

    Our room was not ready at 4pm; walked into room that had yet to be cleaned. Got another room, but it smelled bad and sheets have seen better days. I would save my money and stay at a better hotel next time.

    we were treated with no customer relation skills whatsoever booking .com papers said my c.card would be charged upon booking which we found out was not done they wanted mire money because I wanted to pay cash. not sure what the guy oh I mean she male was trying to scam us for but when I mentioned ny booking.com papers about being charged. she started going on about if I was going to yell which I was not-she just would not give me a chance to say anything - we could find somewhere else to stay. my friend had given him a credit card to avoid giving more money in cash but when the clerk - jeffery/Jennifer started being absolutely rude we agreed we would rather stay in our car if need be I contacted travelidge where we always stay and they git us a room. they were shocked at the way we werewere treated

    Zach was very helpful. The available breakfast was very good, great selection.

    Booking.com did NOT send my reservation to the hotel. We did NOT appreciate having to take a smoking room, with only one bed, instead of the 2 Queen beds Non-smoking room that was reserved, with a confirmation email received by me four weeks ahead of time. We were accommodated as best as possible on short notice by the hotel staff, but I am NOT pleased that my reservation was lost.
