Score from 166 reviews Excellent
Smoke seeped through the door cracks and into bedroom from People smoking on balcony. Had to move the bed downstairs and sleep in the lounge room. Noisy party people kept my old man up most of the night.
The hotel was quiet and restful. Staff was helpful.
for it being that i just stayed overnight the treatment received was that of a regulars penthouse client. highly recommend!
Great amenities Friendly staff nice room, full size fridge and 4 burner stove, 2 TVs Great stay!
The suite was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and it was very affordable. I'd stay here again if I travel again.
I liked the living room and kitchen. The breakfast and dining room was very nice. Staff was helpful. The room rates were excellent for ACL weekend compared to others I checked.
It wasn't bad, but it had the feeling of a senior citizens housing development. I guess the be quiet between 9 and 9 and the music in the dining room. It really was nice though, it just felt a little odd.
Furnishings old and worn
Great staff Great breakfast Nice lobby Great value
Room & kitchen inside the room, breakfast hall, swimming pool, staff, setup of the building, parking
No complaints at all. Friendly staff, good breakfast with healthy options, comfortable and clean rooms set in lovely tended gardens. It's a quick 10 to 15 minute drive into the downtown area, the State Capital building and 6th Street attractions. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the end of a long "road trip" through Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, and could easily have stayed longer. A perfect ending. Thank y'all !
Friendly staff, value for money.
Room was older but in excellent shape. The room was large, clean and quiet. The breakfast was goof and the staff great.
N/A, there was nothing to dislike.
Nice quiet location. Both complimentary breakfast and happy hour were great. Bed was comfortable and facility was clean.
Location difficult to find using technology. Furniture was a little worn.
Great sized unit, with separate bedroom. Nice grounds. Breakfast and evening drinks were very good.
Quite a long way out of town. Hard to find and nothing nearby except an abandoned Mall. Units need redecorating-peeling wallpaper and old furniture make the place look iuncared for.
Free parking. Inexpensive. Large rooms and kitchen.
Very old. Location was poor. In a downtrodden neighborhood and hard to find. Though on Airport Road, it was miles from the airport and lots of traffic made it difficult to get to places.
We chose Habatat Suites based on ratings, price, location, we were pleased overall. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The suite does need updating, furniture was pretty well worn out and the bathroom needed a redo. For the money a good deal.
Mold in shower area, sofa and chair worn out.
The place was clean when I first arrived. I liked all the lighting options in the kitchen (a little thing, but fluorescents give me a headache). Staff was friendly and professional, check in was easy. Breakfast buffet was pretty well stocked. I liked that they had vegetarian breakfast patties and vegan options like oat groats and fruit. Overall, I would definitely come back...just not around Halloween.
There was a haunted house right next door, so screams and thumping and super loud music happened pretty much from 9 pm to 1 am. Maybe only a problem around October? Watch the outside stairs - mine were severely uneven and dangerous. Shower temp only ever hit 'lukewarm' for me, where the bathroom and kitchen sinks had a 'scald' setting.
Very nicely landscaped and quiet. Convenient to downtown and other areas. Nice breakfast served and nice breakfast nook in lobby area.
Rooms are a little dated but have been updated since original construction. Took awhile to figure out the hot/cold and desirable temperature.
Location is perfect for easy access to I-35 but not so close you hear the traffic, and being on the edge of a Mall complex is handy (ATM's, Dollar General store, eateries, etc). Hotel is 25 min from AUS airport in evening traffic. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself has a quiet policy 22:00-06:00, but on the Fri night we stayed some music event in the area kept going until about 02:00 which was kind of annoying.
I really liked the layout of the rooms and was perfect for a bachelorette party get together. There is a living space where we could spread out and hang out together, which is nice compared to a regular hotel. There is also a happy hour every evening that we were there and breakfast with an omelette station in the morning. All of the staff was very friendly and professional.
Other than it being a bit too far north and Austin, my one complaint is that when I booked the reservation online, it had a spot where I could put comments and requests. I asked if there was anything that they could do to make the room special by the time we got there such as a bottle of champagne or fresh fruit. That request was never addressed even with a yes or no. I found the I responsiveness to the request to be very disappointing.
The grounds were secluded and beautifully landscaped. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Everything was well equipped, furnished nicely and comfortable.
The location's a bit out of the way, but with a rental car it was still ok.
Roomy, friendly, excellent breakfast.
Room a bit dark.
Habitat Suites delivered great value in a city ( Austin) of overpriced hotels. It was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Room furnishings were a little tired and drab.
Organic breakfast, trees and all plants, swimming pool, big room with a kitchen
