In the Arts District, this hotel has modern rooms and guest laundry facilities. It features an outdoor pool with deck chairs, a fitness center and hot tub. Louisiana Superdome is one mile away.

Score from 454 reviews Very good
Harrah’s Casino and the French Quarter district are within a 5 minute walk of this New Orleans hotel. It offers on-site dining and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 1096 reviews Very good
With a location in the central business district of New Orleans, only minutes from the French Quarter, this hotel offers a combination of historic architecture and contemporary amenities.
Score from 196 reviews Very good
I have been going to New Orleans for a while over 10 trips an always stay at Marrott on canal st some friends can one year we stayed hear this has turned to our new home an the train out front straight to bourbon street
Large spacious rooms
I liked everything about the hotel
Location; attitude and helpfulness of the valet and bell staff
We were hotel guests, but we were not told there was no hotel service. The first two days it took 15-20 minutes to get hot water.
having a refrigerator in the room, being next to the trolley line, having a Bar and steak house next door
having a refrigerator in the room that ran the compressor all the time. Also the air conditioner blower was right next to the bed.
Location was great - trolley stop in front of hotel, quiet area, great staff, very clean rooms, breakfast restaurants close- by, nice computer room
would have liked more disposable cups and glassware in room
Room bigger than normal Self catering and kitchen Pool area Good area near Garden District
Away from French Quarter but about 20 mins on St Charles Streetcar.
love the garden district/uptown area and being on the streetcar line. staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful.
hidden fees at checkout that were supposed to be credited back, but never were. the sales calls I continue to get about timeshares.
We had a weekend break in New Orleans and liked staying in this hotel a lot. Good location, close enough to everything but still away from main hustle and bustle of night life. Taxi ride to Bourbon Street was about 10 mins and $10. Very comfortable room, we had one with separate bedroom and living area which had a sleeping sofa. Nice vallet parking service. Didn't use the swimming pool or the restaurant so can't comment on that. There was no breakfast included but several nice cafes are just down the road if you walk to the left from the main door.
The elevators were very slow, always busy and stopped at several floors on the way down (our room was on 10th floor). We wanted to ask for a bit later check-out than 10 AM, and it was not possible to arrange it the night before. We had to come down to the reception in the morning, before 10 AM, and only then we got another hour. Yet the maid knocked on our door at 10:03! The first morning there was somebody knocking on the door at 8 AM to sell some coupons, and there were also similar phone calls early in the morning. Not a very big deal but quite annoying if you come to New Orleans to party and then want to sleep in the morning without beeing disturbed all the time! Also, keep in mind that there will be different taxes added to the room price and extra fees for parking, so your final amount will be much higher than what you actually see when booking.
the staff, the comfortable mattresses, the pool, the roof top lounge, the location.
the fact that we got clean towels ( at least 5 sets per day, ( not necessary) but the waste bin and garbage was emptied only once in 7 days. - the beds never made at all, and we had to ask for more coffee. 3 times in a week.
I LOVE the Sun Deck!!
Charge for parking
Good location out of the busy section Yet close to main attractions.
Had to pay a high price not knowing the resort is part of Wyndam family where I could have used my points
Everything staff was very friendly and answered all questions we had. Valet service was very efficient. Pool area really nice.Room was very nice and clean.
Kitchen so well stocked, even smoothie maker. Loved 12th floor room and view of super dome. Easy for getting public transport. Lovely area in garden district. Obliging staff
Internet access, boarding pass printing not good but staff will oblige. Room temp set above what I like and it wouldn't, go down manually but these are minor 'niggles'
A lot quieter than hotels in the French Quarter. Trolley Bus just outside front door $3.00 for a day pass. Clean and tidy and very friendly staff.
Bathroom very small.
Room, staff, fitness area, pool were great for couples on getaway. It was perfect, sitting at the beginning of Garden district and giving a little peace away from the craziness of French Quarter. Also sits ride on street car route.
Been offered a free gift and realizing it a presentation for time share. People were good, but really ???
full kitchen in room with all necessities; comfortable beds; nice shower; nice courtyard and pool area; good location
small bathroom and entry; noise around elevator at all hours; very small pool; entry desk and valet staff typically not friendly or helpful; we asked night staff to recommend a local place for pizza delivery and she told us to 'Google it.'
Staff was helpful and friendly; hotel has great facilities like fitness & pool area. Rooms are more like apartments. Hotel is a nice alternative from French Quarter experience.
Not Wyndham's fault but the street car line repairs are a drag and taking forever.
Conveint and comfortable, great view of the city from the sun deck. In walking distance from several great places to eat. Loved the rooms. The shower was very spacious with great water pressure. Valet was the best service, they were on top of their game for sure. Very much enjoyed our stay.
Our phone was out the whole time so couldn't call valet to have car ready but they were haveing a new system installed in their defense. Parking is very expensive in N.O. Any where but the resort charged $24 a day for parking which was kind of high in my opinion but they keep your vehicle locked up inside a fenced in area so it does stay safe. Over all no real complaints. Had a great experience. Will definently go back.
The door man Herb was excellent. our stay was great!!!
Pool and hot tub were in a nice patio setting away from the street. Roof deck and balcony on St. Charles Street were great places to gather and entertain.
No bathtub. Pool and roofdeck both close at 10pm, which seems a little early for the New Orleans life! Streetcar currently being repaired, so it doesn't run in front of the hotel. There is bus service, however.
We checked in during a monsoon that caused flash floods in the French Quarter. There were at least six bellman on duty standing around. My husband made five trips back and forth to unload the car without assistance. On the other hand, these same people bent over backwards for us when the weather cleared. The room and facilities were great, although on the pricey side.
Parking charges of $22/day are way too high.
The extra room with the kitchen was a wonderful place for the family to gather! There were places to eat within walking distance, like The Trolley Stop for breakfast. Having the trolley so close was a super time and money saver!
Restaurant wasn't open on Sunday or Monday. Construction out front was a detractor and a bit of an annoyance. Elevators were always so full!!
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice to have, after a long day sight seeing.
The rooms-bedrooms and bath in the single bedroom suite-were a little small, and closet and drawer space was limited.
The customer service was excellent.
everthing except the front desk staff and the very very pushy staff trying to sell time sharesw!!they even called our room several times and came by and knocked on the door. how very rude!!!
