fantastic location our included "continental breakfast" consisted of a donut and a glass of orange juice, and when one morning there wasn't even any donuts left we were give a lot of attitude from the receptionist. all other staff were great. |

Rooms were a bit small but newly refubished. Tv was great, bed was comfortable and location was perfect for easy access to Brooklynn and Manhattan. A little small but what can you expect in Lower Manhattan. |

great location...nearby Chinatown and Little Italy and broadway...very close to subway elevator was slow...very slow, breakfast not very diverse and no lobby and restaurant |

Room ws unbleievably small. Definitely not suitable for two people. Breakfast arrangement - go downstairs, collect your bun and coffee and take it back to your room - was ludicrous. |

whenever i needed assistance on great food, where to shop, how to ride the subway the staff especially Julie were so helpful, took the time to show on maps, wrote directions to locations and recommended high quality locations to eat such as italian restaurant. She greeted us with a smile and was so helpful. |
