Best Western Jacksonville Airport    

Everything at the property was wonderful,breakfast was awesome,front desk nice Pamela,& the other lady I can't remember her name but she was there when we checked in on 5/10.Maintenance guy was friendly the (white one).Will definitely be staying there again soon.

Simple convenient accommodation, close to the airport and the River City Marketplace. Well-equipped room with refrigerator, mini-microwave and coffee, and easy to access wifi.

It was close to the airport, plus they had a shuttle which was so convenient for us. We just spend the night twice to catch our plane.

Everything was great. There was one problem, as you walked down to the office along the sidewalk, you had to walk single file, because the fire extinguisher stuck out (in red). Well we both hit ourselves on it. We were then cautious the next time.

The room was clean and quiet. The ac unit was much better and quieter than other places we have stayed.

The bed was a little soft. The coffee needs to be upgraded and the round eggs on the breakfast buffet were strange.

The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was quite good, and the lady running it was very friendly.

Wonderful complimentary breakfast including waffles, eggs, sausage. Fresh baked cookies in the evening. Free shuttle to and from airport. Good value.

Was ok, we left early, did not get breakfast.

Good place to overnight before catching a flight. Nice pool. Reception desk personnel, Marika in particular, most helpful.

Climbing the stairs with luggage....very inconvenient for older couple.

Location. I can recommend this hotel only if your expectations are low.

Breakfast, staff painfully slow in delivering and cleaning. Terrible food, powder eggs - awful, extremely salted sausages, nothing fresh (fruits excluded). Very crowded. Nobody cares.

I made a reservation for Monday night and then showed up on the previous Friday afternoon to leave my car to go to the airport. They provided a ride to the airport. When I returned they provided a ride to the motel and we had a nice night and left for home the next morning.

The bed was a bit soft.

It had a free shuttle to and from the airport. The Continental breakfast was one of the best i've ever had at any hotel.

The tv/decor looked to be from the 80's. If you dont mind that then I would recommend this hotel. You really cant beat the price. The breakfast more than made up for the old tv.

The location was marvelous...The access to nearby venues where very nice indeed....

I lost my credit card..and when I call back there for someone to look into the room..the desk clerk to me to call back on the next shift...not good

Convenience, and close to everything I needed to see/visit.

I liked that the employees were very nice and were very apologetic about the state of my room and the cockroach I found in my bed.

Air conditioners do not work well. Staff was not very friendly.

Location and shuttle service were perfect. The free hot breakfast was nice.

this was by far the best value of any hotel in the Jax area. It is ideal for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The value is unbeateable. Clean, comfortable and friendly.
