The location and price are excellent. The room was very clean. THe staff treats guests with professionalism and is very courteous. Very close to restaurants and shopping centers. You should upgrade you TV sets, they are old and in the one in my room the picture was very dark. The blower in the bathroom wasn't working.

Conveniently located for the purpose of my business. It was very clean and staff were very friendly. Made use of the gym, which was one of the decision maker. After my online reservation which indicated a specific price, the clerk invoiced me with an additional amount. After my query, she adjusted the price at the online booking rate with no problem. However, she gave me the impression that they, front desk Clerks, did not make a commission from internet bookings.

Ok for the money and I would return. However, only learned as I checked in that they would not give me any rewards points got my stay?? Hmm ?? Now should I not stay there due to that? Or drop booking .com?? Probably both??? Well see?? Rewards points for future stays are important. Other hotels do honor it!!

I needed a hotel near the highway, so I booked this one. I was very impressed by this hotel. It was quiet, clean, modern, friendly and very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who is coming to Jacksonville and needs a high quality place to stay at a reasonable price.

The stay was quiet, and the room was clean. Convienant location to everything!!! . My stay at Best Western JTB/Southpoint was great after working out a few issues at check-in. I was given an smoking room when I specifically asked for non-smoking due to health reasons. I was told by the mgr that my request wasn't fulfilled because I booked the room on Booking.com. Long story short I got the non-smoking room after asking for my money since I was not being given the room I requested and paid for. Hallway smelled really bad like cigarette smoke, and the ice machine was dirty..FYI Get your own bag..These rooms also have no refrigerators or microwaves.
