No complaints. The shuttles from the airport are very cheap, but not run by the hotel. The staff did an excellent job to minimize confusion, but from their phone conversations, guests sometimes miss connections. Call before you get outside in the noisy street if you can, be prepared to roll your luggage perhaps a block, and it will work out. Remember to reserve your shuttle to the cruise ship terminal as soon as you arrive, if you can. The staff does everything it can, but some days there are so many guests that they might be overwhelmed.
Staff was excellent. Some loud, rude guests needed help with unreasonable demands that were related to health issues. Kimberly went out of her way to make sure they got help. Julene (sp?) and the rest of the staff did a lot to help, too, and there's a great restaurant, Miller's Ale House, within walking distance. Also, tasty (free) breakfast at the hotel.
