This Hotel has free parking for one car per room. That is a plus because most hotels in the city charge anywhere from $30-$50 a night to park. |

It is a very modest hotel, with rooms having been refreshed. The rooms were clean and very adequate. The price was right for a downtown Chicago hotel, especially with free parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel entrance was a bit awkward. Depending on the location of your room, you had to use an elevator outside the hotel. But it was summer and didn't matter. Winter might be a different story. |

Convenient location, friendly staff Very noisy on saturday evening, and the other days noisy in the room because of a vibrating air conditioner. No fridge in the room. |

The staff was responsive when the wrong type of room was origninally given. Proximity to downtown, Navy Pier, shopping, etc. was great. Rooftop pool was also nice. Having the free on-site parking was a real benefit. The hotel is older; smaller bathrooms make it difficult to accomodate a family. The lobby is completely separate from the hotel area so you have to do a lot of going in and out of doors and using your card key. Somewhat unhandy. Definitely overpriced. |

The situation in the city, the free parking, the room The noise from the jazz bar next to this hotel. It can also improve by providing free breakfast and it will certainly be the best cheap hôtel in Chicago! |

Location was awesome, walk distance to a lot of the most famous Chicago atractions, good restaurants, and shopping. Our booking did not include breakfast, but the hotel offered us a complimentary continetal breakfast. It was a great surprise! Free parking is a huge plus specially downtown chicago. The pool was also pretty cool! |

It was a great value for the location. It wasn't the most modern and sleek hotel but it was definitely clean and good for a place to stay while shopping and enjoying all that Chicago has to offer. You could tell it was an old hotel but it was re-modeled to a moderate degree. |

The rooms are cheerful and freshly decorated-the price was just right for the good location in a major city! The beds are noisy, creaky, and hard and the free breakfast was limited and mediocre. |

The hotel is conveniently located close to Chicago's Magnificent Mile. The rooms was clean and spacious. Free internet access. Good value for money. The breakfast buffet is a joke. Just two cereals and, three types of bread and waffels. No fresh fruit. Because of the low room price I find it just about acceptable. If you are a light sleeper you might not like the midnite sirens of passing emergency services. |
