Best Western River North Hotel  

Comfort, good room service, no so far from the downtown (by walk only 15 min), quietly enough. Each morning you have fresh newspaper "usa today", cofee in the room. The hotel is near the post office, and the enjoyable cafe «Califonia Pizza» on Ohio street.

Great location, very nice area, good for restuarants, shopping and pubs. Loved the restaurant and bar in the hotel too.

When I first arrived I didn't like th fact that the rooms were outside the main hotel building - but this was not a problem at all. Rooms in a secure block with a car park monitor man right by the block.

Good location

Bad sound proofing (windows) from road noise meant we had a disappointing stay. Be aware, noise from emergancy vehicles kept us awake during the night, I asked for a quieter room and was told that I already had one of the quietist rooms.!

It's an ok Hotel on a great location. The staff tried very hard to help us with tickets and questions! We liked the breakfast in the restaurant next to the lobby. The kids had fun in the pool, and you have a nice view over the city from the sundeck. Nice parking space. 20 min walk from Navy pier. Hotel is in a nice neighborhood with lot's of nice restaurants.

The room was a bit smaller then we were used to get at a Best Western. The airco was older and noisy, without the airco the room was warm.

Su ubicacion es muy central, es estrategico para el traslado a los almacenes , sitios de interes y restaurantes. Su limpieza y confort en la habitacion es excelente..La atencion fue buena.

La struttura è vecchia e quindi alcuni aspetti (ascensore, sanitari ecc..) lasciano un pò a desiderare.

This hotel is in the perfect location for business and for touring. We really had a great time there. The location is fabulous and the free parking is a great bonus!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We arrived to the hotel early was still able to park our car without any charge. We also bought VIP tickets to most Chicago attractions for half of the cost!

There wasn't anything that we did not like about the hotel.

Great Location. Nice room, clean. Good for city trips.

Difficult to reach the swimming pool due to the lack of signals. The swimming pool is a little decadent.

The Hop on Hop off bus stop was across the street. Restaurants were around the corner.

Noise from the street at night. Staff gave wrong directions/information each time I enquired about a tourist attraction. Even sold me the wrong price and time for the rivercruise. Elevators were too small.
