On 5 miles of beachfront on Oahu’s North Shore, this upscale resort features 2 championship 18-hole golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer and George Fazio. All of the guest rooms have ocean views.
Score from 186 reviews Very good
In Oahu on Laie Beach, directly across from the Polynesian Cultural Center, these luxury villas include a fully-equipped modern kitchen and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Other visitors we met were lovely. There was masses of space for all of us. The kitchen was sizable and well stocked. Great supermarket located on the doorstep.
Safety is an issue. The response when I injured myself could have been a lot better.
Just don't do it... foam as a mattress, cockroaches and spiders hiding everywhere, dirty bathrooms, no security, bunk beds with no ladders that sway with every movement... worst experience on our trip thus far.
Definitively a nice place to stay for backpackers. The staff is really friendly. It is also the only affordable place in the north shore.
The cockroaches... but they leave the dorm when you switch off the light.
Being away from all the 'tourists' of Waikiki. 50m from the beach Great public transport
The location was great The room was large - we had a private room with our own bath.
Hard mattresses Roaches No air conditioning
Second time here, and both times were amazing. Great staff, killer atmosphere, incredible location.
Very relaxing, close to beach, close to supermarket, good WIFI. Even thought the location is a least an hour drive from downtown Honolulu it was not a problem.
Run down, stair ligths not working, no power outlet in room, curtains (drapes) don't block out the ligth - some are see through and this affects privacy generally needs some TLC and some basic maintenance.
The day I signed my agreement the lady I spoke to was welcoming and sweet. We enjoyed the natural fit that this place had.
The items in the room were not in the best condition. I understand that this was not set in uptown place, but if there is something broke replace it, don't leave and risk injury.
The position, the casual, local feel of the place, THE ATMOSPHERE
tHERE WAS LITTLE KITCHEN EATING AND DRINKING UTENSILS
The stuff was good to us. Very perfessional with their work
Excellent location, friendly staff, great view, great room. This was the perfect place for our family. We loved our stay here!
Location of our one room suite was right on three tables beach - Fabo !!!
We slept in our car our first night- booked 3 nights- with luggage in trunk and left the next morning. Gave key back to nice guy at office and asked for but denied any refunds for next 2 nights - we left and had to eat the other 2 nights money wise - spent 450 for the 3 nights and slept in car 1st night eat other 2 nights- could not stay there otherwise you could take home 10,000 dollar problem- ya ? We booked a one room suite with bathroom and we were solo occupants so we can't comment about the remainder of the property - our room was infested with bed bugs eggs and the dreaded CR word - we actually saw other people around the property with massive bites on their legs - No offense to the - could be - beautiful place - just being honest - Also we not professional bug experts but google images - ya ?
everything. like pre-civilization hole
Proximity to the beach
Very happy with the common room and how social the vibe was. The north shore was worth staying at, really nice. I would recommend this hostel.
Facilities are nothing special, but certainly good enough for a backpacker.
The beach is just across the street and is an amazing snorkelling Spot. The staff is super fun. Hanging out at the Lounge and the beach. They take good care of the place and its just Paradise. Ill come back.
Amazing place to stay on the North Shore. Perfect location and a really welcoming atmosphere.
the location is close to a supermarket and to the beach. There is a free of charge hiring of snorkeling gear! It is a comfortable location to stay longer because you share the kitchen, living room and balcony with others on the floor (3-4 double room per floor!)
The infracture in the double room house is old (e.g. cooking facilties) and sulky (e.g. mattress). The cleaning status depends strongly from the people who are living there. There is a daily cleaning service!
Lack of storage space
Good location next to Waimea and Bonzai Pipelline.
Overpriced considering how basic it was. I'm not sure what other places on the North shore are like in terms of quality/cost, but you can stay in a much nicer place in Waikiki for the same price.
Excellent location, price was good for Hawaii
Power tripping staff that called the cops on guests who were not being loud or causing any problems whatsoever. Facilities were run down, had what I assume to be termites that left little black droppings all over my bed and would drop down on you at night from the ceiling.
Location next to the beach was fabulous, and lots to do in the area. Stunning location at Waimea. Bus stops right outside. Balcony overlooking the beach was perfect for evening cocktails. Short walk to well equipped supermarket makes up for lack of dining options.
Room was poorly cleaned (dust and hair on the floor, balcony not swept) and is quite shabby for the price. Beds are old and not too comfy. Only one fork supplied and no cooking facilities.
The place! Environment
location:everything u need for a surf/snorkel/beach holiday is nearby Good atmosphere with other guests
(lack of) cleanliness in especially the bathrooms although it is not as horrendous as other reviewers make it out to be (just worse than your regular backpacker hostel) Some kitchen supplies would be nice (oil, salt, pepper?).
