Tres bon rapport/qualite prix. Formule appart/hotel très pratique pour une famille. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Spa extérieur chauffé dès tôt le matin (super !) Horaires d'ouverture des piscines annexes trop restreints |

The price was very resonable. The location worked for us and it was a pleasant stay. They did not have 24 hour vending. |

The room was spacious and clean. Rooms really need internet access, however, as most people need to work or check messages when away from home. No internet service in the room. Golf cart rentals would be nice. We were a one car family, so when the car went to the conference, we were stranded unless we wanted to walk miles. With an elderly care giver, this woudl not work. Also, the cleaning fee and resort fee was not made clear. There was no one for food delivery, etc. etc. felt very much like we were there "off season." |

Close to attractions, heated pools, hot tubs. Kids enjoyed swimming. I like the idea of the bar and grill at the pool, although the prices were way too high for that kind of food. The hotel double charged me at checkout, which left my checking acct balance too low, therefore I didn't have enough in my account to cover some checks. It was refunded, however that takes a few days to be refunded. The charges come out immediately, but the refunds do not. If I never would have been charged twice, I wouldn't have had the problem with my account. |

We loved the roominess and space of the 3 bedroom villa. We were not quite sure of security at the front entrance. Sometimes they were there and other times there was no one there checking passes. |

Many pools on resort grounds. Great food and drinks at bar at pool. Comfortable beds. Big full kitchen. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. It was awesome that there was a washer/dryer. However, it did a terrible job, it wrinkled the clothes so bad, it was ridiculous, and the dryer took 2 hours to dry a very small load. Also, they would never refill the toilet paper. They did not provide shampoo, lotion, or anything that other hotels provide, except soap. |

The pools were nice. The barside grill had good food. The prices in the marketplace were very reasonable. The main pool closed at ten on Sat night although it said closes at midnight. The quality of the linens and blankets were poor. We stayed in a bottom floor unit and at all times of the night we could hear kids running around above us. Also the movie area is listed as a cinema,it is a conference room with a tv on the wall. |

Convenience and comfort. The ability to obtain last minute reservations in a price range I could afford. A most enjoyable trip & accommodations. Mowing and grounds maintenance in the vicinity of our bedroom before 8:00 am on the first night of our stay. |

the ambience. the master bedroom bed made a lot of noise ,they took two days to fix a leaking kitchen sink and the the living room wall had a hole in it. |
