Bahama Bay Resort & Spa

This resort has several pools located near each building to accomodate guest capacity. The villa was equipped with everything you would need for your stay.

They should put elevators in for units that are located on the third floor.

Cleanliness of apartments and good information pack plus efficient air conditioning and provision of basic utensils and appliances.

the provision of some basic commodities on arrival would be appreciated - e.g. salt & pepper, milk, bread, butter etc. It is clearly a great expense to buy some basic provisions for a two night stay and checkin after a tiring journey is late in the day! The cleaning fee is far too high and unacceptable for a family staying just two nights.

This is our second time to stay and we picked it because it is very comfortable and relaxing.

A very noisy family was staying above us and it sounded like a heard of elephants. We called to complain but the noise didn't get any better.

The resort was beautiful. Unfirtunately, we only stayed 1 night as we had reservations at a timeshare near by- the cleaning cost nearly doubled the price- too much for one night.

The rooms were excellent and well worth the money!! Very reasonable and beyond expectations!

The room was spacious and clean. Rooms really need internet access, however, as most people need to work or check messages when away from home.

No internet service in the room. Golf cart rentals would be nice. We were a one car family, so when the car went to the conference, we were stranded unless we wanted to walk miles. With an elderly care giver, this woudl not work. Also, the cleaning fee and resort fee was not made clear. There was no one for food delivery, etc. etc. felt very much like we were there "off season."

Close to attractions, heated pools, hot tubs. Kids enjoyed swimming. I like the idea of the bar and grill at the pool, although the prices were way too high for that kind of food.

The hotel double charged me at checkout, which left my checking acct balance too low, therefore I didn't have enough in my account to cover some checks. It was refunded, however that takes a few days to be refunded. The charges come out immediately, but the refunds do not. If I never would have been charged twice, I wouldn't have had the problem with my account.

Many pools on resort grounds. Great food and drinks at bar at pool. Comfortable beds. Big full kitchen. Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was awesome that there was a washer/dryer. However, it did a terrible job, it wrinkled the clothes so bad, it was ridiculous, and the dryer took 2 hours to dry a very small load. Also, they would never refill the toilet paper. They did not provide shampoo, lotion, or anything that other hotels provide, except soap.
