Staff was very friendly and competent.
The floor was in very poor condition and seemed to be in need of structure repair. Motel is very old and ready for renovation.
Great location for my trip. Area has a lot to offer. Great town.
Loved the location, we were there to do a paranormal investigation in Sumpter and Granite and this hotel was perfect all around! I love the staff all friendly and concerned about our needs and very helpful.
The only thing I didn't like was no coffee makers in the rooms. We are a group of paranormal investigators and drink coffee when others are usually sleeping and it was hard to find after hours. Other then that I will love to stay again!
rooms too small. tv too small bathroom too small office had a musky smell breakfast not good, we ate somewhere else.
The room was very clean.
There was a bad smell in the hallway, almost like sewage.
It was a cheap hotel, so good on the budget. The room was reasonably quiet and clean.
The floor in our room slanted, so it was "interesting" to walk around in the room.
Bridge Street Inn is an older place but is very well kept and you can't beat the price! We'll definitely stay again when traveling through the area!
Very comfortable bed. Great price.
Super clean room. Walking distance to great cafe down the street. Economical. I would definitely stay here again.
Great value. Good nights sleep, clean and in good repair. walking distance to our new favorite small downtown, Baker City.
Why do value inns continue to have cheap, thin, towels? Do people really steal the good ones?
It was ok for the price and traveling solo. Interesting part of town but close to downtown and seeing the older part of Baker City. Good restaurant across the street to eat at that has good food and friendly waitresses. Good place for a group of bikers to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Older and needs some updating.
We enjoyed the casual atmosphere, the very clean rooms, convenience to downtown, that it had a microwave, refrigerator and TV, Everything we needed for our overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
beds need to be replaced
Your facilities were comfortable and clean. staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Very thin walls...could hear neighbors and their TV easily.
Easy to find - clean - comfortable
Small rooms but crammed with amenities (microwave, fridge, dresser and flat screen TV)
No coffee pot in room and the refrig was not plugged in..
The staff is friendly and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and a good value for your money.
The room had a musty smell like old building when we arrived. But it was ok when it was aired out. The walls are kind of thin-could clearly hear people in the hallway and when they were taking their showers.
clean home made breakfast proximity to downtown
The price reflected the quality of the room. Breakfast was better than some we've had at much pricier motels. Liked being able to walk around the town which was very delightful and interesting. Wonderful dinner at the Geiser Grand Hotel.
Our bed was an air mattress which was very noisy and uncomfortable. Every time one of us moved, it woke the other up. Couldn't open the window as people were allowed to smoke right outside on the walkway.
Ability to check in late, Room small but very clean an well kept. homey atmosphere
We got stuck in traffic and were worried about arriving too late, but the office stayed open for us and the employees were very accommodating.
The lovely lady in charge. The central location. Baker City is utterly enchanting. The crazy low prices. The silent air conditioning. The book swop shelf.
The lights over one bed didn't work.
