There was a foul sewage odor coming from the air conditioning unit. You could also hear what was going on in adjacent rooms very clearly. This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and not sure if we'll be back. Overall, it was okay.

Amazing location for the Rabbobank theater which was right next door. The room was huge with a great bathroom and comfortable bed. No 24 hour room service.

I had a service dog and everyone was very kind towards me and my dog. They made me feel like family. Even the housekeeper was very sweet. I ask for extra coffee and creamer and she got it for me and ask anything else you would like? I just really enjoyed our stay.

Auf der Durchreise von Las Vegas nach San Francisco. Hotel war i.o. Free WIFI war so langsam, dass man nach 10 Minuten die Geduld verlor.

centrally located, clean, good parking lots, Very few things to do in Bakersfield. After 9.30pm the whole town flips up the sidewalks to close the place...

This hotel is always a pleasure to stay in with a warm feel to the atmosphiere. The hotel staff are friendly the rooms are very spacious & comfortable. Parking is always very easy allowing you to come & go as you please as well as its free. It is always booked up well in advance
