nice clean facility centrally located

How difficult it was to get to the property. But I realize that really cannot be changed due to the location off the highway.

The hotel was clean.

Location: It is two blocks from the ocean. No services: I requested aspirin and was told someone would bring it -- it never came. Photos of hotel are misleading: Not on the beach and most rooms do not have balconies. No coffee or newspaper in the AM.

Everything was perfection. The room probably the best I have ever stayed in The staff were helpful and we could find no faults

Got an upgrade to a huge, beautiful suite which was a very pleasant surprise!

Location to far away to south beach area, restaurants etc. But for relaxation it is great! The mandatory pool service is too expensive with 8 dollars pr day.

The ambeince the room design verybtasteful they pay attention tondetail..the size of our two bedroom suite lovely..and kitchen great with small kids..lovely tents near pool and close to beech

It's a great place and very quiet. Has a nice garden with beautiful view. And wonderful rooms.

The parking is ten dollars and it's like a public parking. Don't has breakfast and my room it was in front of the parking.

we had a bit of noise from above and late nite party people returning to the hotel. I doubt that the hotel can do much about that and this is a function of the local environment.

The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and a very high standard.The pool area was perfect as very peaceful and quiet.

I do not agree with guests paying for onsite parking as I believe this should be standard. It would be nice to have a restaurant although the restaurant they recommended was very good and just opposite.

No facilities for food though could walk easily.

Nothing we didn't like about the hotel

The aroma, the cleanliness, size of the rooms, the location

The hotel staff was rude, I felt they were racist and so did everyone in my party, they did not clean the room during our stay, and then charged us a cleaning fee. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will be writing the worse review ever. And I don't just feel they were racist I know they were!

The Staff is good.

The lift, the only one, was broken. The pool was closed, under maintenance. No gym, no dinning room....

To be honest,the photo show in the web just for individual room,for us,we just got a room which no sightview and staff no explain also can not change room for us.

The staff were friendly, polite and helpful particularly the concierge Joseph Valli.

Noisy as there was no sound insulation, when it rained the sun lounger mattresses were not taken in and were unusable as they were wet. Their website was misleading as it did not show the 6 lane highway bridge passing just a few metres from the hotel. It is the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world.

Excellent staff, very clean, the view outside and the lounge chairs, proximity to area restaurants and attractions. The nighltly 'gifts'.

We were on our honeymoon, but were put in a handicap room with no balcony. I had specifically requested a balcony. The airconditoner worked only marginally. Our door was blocked daily by the house keeping staff cart. The requirement to pay $7 in order to obtain a card to use for the washer and dryer.

It was absolutely fabulous and the service was worthy of 5 stars!!

Lots of space in our 2 BR appartment for family with 3 grown up children. nice kitchen, excellent location

Though the flat was clean we had an unpleasant encounter with a cockroach in the bathroom

- Designer interior - enough space in the room - outdoor swimming pool - beach distance- 5 minutes

- Bridge view- terrible. Noisy, depressing - VERY BAD NOISE ISOLATION. we listened to everything that was going on near the elevator, upstairs. - we never learned what time of the day we can see sun in the pool area - no breakfast - the NEAREST pharmacy/supermarket is in 15-20 minutes walking distance - not a good choice if you want to see Miami Beach, it takes 25 minutes driving to get there

I loved the hotel! It's a coasy boutique hotel, very clean, smells wonderful. The rooms are bright and spacious..... Fully equipped! Parking place for a vey reasonable price per day... The location is very convenient.
