Your staff was so friendly and accommodating, great customer service! Beautiful room with a balcony and view of the ocean...It couldn't have been better! Great location too!! I will definitely be coming back!

There wasn't anything I wasn't pleased with.

Location was excellent for our needs. Walking distance from almost everything we needed.

Comfortable bed, desk, couch, view, patio, welcoming and attentive staff, parking provided

No in room dining, no full gym and they need to upgrade their coffee machines in the rooms.

Beng very close to buffet, noisy mornings.

The room and the view were great. Service people were very nice. Tv seemed difficult to find non-spanish channels.

Parking was poor. For the price I would think a few printed pages from the lobby computer would be free. I did get the printing charges removed, just seems silly there would be one in the first place. Also, a lot of shops have closed down in Balboa, a bit disappointing. Overall a very nice experience there. I would stay again.

Awesome location!

No breakfast one day and they wereknow doing work above ceiling one morning and it was really loud!

The room was upgraded to one with a loft and my children loved it. The location of the hotel and room was spectaular.

The fireplace did not work and the cafe below had customers at 4:30 am. We could hear their conversation cleary.

The room had poor lighting and felt dingy and dirty. It was not a comfortable room for hanging out in at all. There was no counter in the bathroom, so you couldn't put anything down. The windows had sheer curtains so the sunlight streamed in in the morning. There were noises from the outside until the early hours of the morning. The jets in the bath tub turned off in the middle of the bath. The jets turned on by themselves twice after the bath. Once after we had gone to bed! The only thing this hotel has going for it is it's location. It was certainly not worth the $200 I paid for one night!

Old rooms (floors 1 and 2) : dark and gloomy, but with character terrible/dark lighting in the rooms so no where to get ready or do makeup plus no good mirrors in rooms terrible acoustics - so LOUD all the time + poor layout meant people were dinning/partying right outside your window New rooms (floor 3) : bright and clean, but depressing saw 'new' rooms and the hallways and rooms are so cold and lifeless. Felt like staying in a hospital. Plus they put tile in the hallways...what?! In a hotel there are suitcases rolling down the hall all the time.

The staff worked with me when I had an issue with the rooms. We were moved to very nice rooms.

I booked online and the rooms that I booked were not portrayed accurately on the website. I feel it is important to remedy this.

Love the location it was excellent

That they don't offer free parking, and the fact that we weren't told of other options of where to park for perhaps stay longer since the parking fee is so high per night
