Excellente situation dans le centre de sf : jouxte China Town et le quartier moderne. A 2 pas des fameux Cable cars. Chambre soignée et assez "classe". Accords avec un parking public à 2 blocs (25$ / jour). Pas de pdj mais pas gênant : Starbuck au pied de l'hôtel. |

Très bonne situation géographique, chambres confortables et pratiques.Le personnel de la réception est sympathique. Seul le personnel de la réception parle anglais, le personnel de ménage et de maintenance ne parle que chinois. Le ménage est correct sauf dans la salle de bain où l'on trouve les cheveux du personnel ( dans la chambre aussi sûrement, mais cela ne se voit pas sur la moquette ). |

I liked the new/clean bathrooms, clean sheets and towels, and the proximity to everything in the area. The front desk clerk could have been more helpful when asked questions. Even though the doors are said to be open until 9:00 -- 3 nights they were locked by 8:30 pm. |

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location of the Baldwin Hotel is just great - literally steps from Chinatown's main gate and only one block from Union Square and public transportation. The rooms were small and simple, but very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My only complaint is that they do not offer breakfast. There is a Starbucks two doors down and a French-style cafe across the street that has awesome breakfast, though. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee available in lobby 24hrs. Central location. Beds comfortable - good mattress & pillows. Clean. I prefer hotels that offer fridge / coffee making facilities in the room - so would like to see the hotel offer this facility. |

Excellent service from staff. Especially the help I received in attempting to locate my wallet which was left in a taxi by mistake!. Rooms serviced to high standard, I cannot complain Lack of breakfast, but I guess finding somewhere to serve breakfasts would be an issue |

Great location convenient to Chinatown, shopping, dining,etc. Friendly staff and Hotel is kept up well despite being 80 years old. Rooms are small, but you be there just to sleep and shower anyway! |

Gute Lage, Zimmer o.k. für den Preis Bitte kein zimmer in Fahrstuhlnähe nehmen!!! Der nachtschlaf wird mehrfach unterbrochen, weil man annimmt, das Nachbarhaus wird abgerissen (oder das Hotel!), entschieden zu laut! |
