Baldwin Hotel

O hotel é muito bem localizado, o quarto é confortavel e tem mobilias e equipamentos bons, banheiro limpo e com excelente chuveiro, funcionarios educados e gentis. Os quartos da frente são um pouquinho barulhentos, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia. Considerei a relação custo beneficio excelente pois fiquei muito bem instalada (perto de tudo e com bastante conforto) por um preço justo, sendo o melhor que encontrei em minhas pesquisas . Recomendo o hotel e voltaria com certeza.

A localização é boa e os funcionários atenciosos, embora o chuveiro do banheiro fosse ruim.

Great central location near Union Square and Chinatown.

Although we asked for a room for three separate adults, we did not receive three separate beds as requested and hoped for. One of us had to sleep on the floor.

Really ggod location

The bed next to door means that you get all the noise from people come back home in the middle of the night.

Not much other than old fashion charm.

Offsite (1-1/2 blocks away) parking for additional fee was not mentioned prior to or at time of booking. Stayed in #501 next to elevator which was very noisy throughout the night. Ask to be moved if they put you in any ..01 room! Also was a foul odor in hall - thank goodness not in the room.

the location is fantastic - right by the gate to the Chinatown, in the middle of shopping district, walking distance to everywhere. We really liked the decor of the hotel - fresh, stylish, simple and comfortable.

noise from the generator

demand for a room far far away from the elevator, otherwise you won't get much sleep - the staff was very understanding to our room change demand, however...

the location was the best thing about the hotel, not far from the city centre. the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms were kept very clean

my wake up call on my day of departure was 10 minutes later than it should have been.

Location and simpaty

The rooms were recently renovated and very clean. Location was superb, just 2 blocks from the trendy Market Street, right in the heart of Union Square and just outside the entrance to Chinatown. Highly recommended for the cost.

It was quiet, with understated elegance; nice comfortable furniture (and bed), good sheets, amiable bathroom facilities. The staff appeared to be knowledgable,polite, helpful and quiet. (A Bonus).Also efficient.

It was kind of a bummer not to be able to check in until 4 pm; I had just had a long journey and was tired. Maybe add a lounge? Also, I wish there had been a mini refrigerator in my room.

The location was great and the neighborhood was lively and walking distance to Chinatown, North Beach, shopping and even the wharf area if you are vigorous. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable

We stayed in Room 401 and there was a bit of noise whenever the elevator was in service
