Poor hotel, never stay!

Location

Inconvenient location of room within hotel (far from the elevator). No coffee pot in room.

The room we stayed in was excellent. Staff very helpful with problem with television.

So much smoking in casino(though I know that will never change) Big complaint and it will possibly keep me from using Bally's and Booking.com in the future perhaps. A couple of times ago we stayed at the South Towers at Bally's. The music from the nightclub at the Paris went on into all hours of the morning. All night long we just heard thump thump and I did not sleep well. This time I thought I had requested the North Tower when making the reservation and it seems as though that is what I was told through booking. Then the day before we left I found out that nothing is guaranteed regarding where are room would be. I was livid and got the run around from both your site and Bally's. We lucked out when we arrived and they did give us a North Tower room that was pleasant and quiet. But if there cannot be a certainty of the North Tower rooms I will not take a chance and stay at Bally's again. I get up at 5:00 AM for work every morning and I do not think asking for quiet so one can catch up on their sleep while on vacation is too much to ask.

My room is quite big and has fantastic views

Casio is not very update. drink service is not good at all.

Our reservation was corrected by your wonderful check in clerk name Nana!!!!! We had not been to Vegas in 33yrs and she made us feel great!! I was so stressed and she made me so happy!!! Thank You for that wonderful room!!! We all had dined at the THai play the Tequila Bar and Grill The Food and Service was Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mary Lou King and friends

The Real Bad smoke we had to inhale in your casino on our cloths and I had to wash my hair every night!!!! When we visited the other casinos no smoke smell at all even when a person sat next to me!!! We played and won and lost. But when I asked the Bar tender for water he made me pay for it 2.25..Not Nice!! Because didnt see any cocktail waitress most of the time. Thank You asking

cigarets , prices in lobby for coffe or pastry, no refrigerator or ability to boil water for tea or coffee in the room.

too many bums hanging around. gambling was too tight. no winning at all.

Payment details confusing. Only part payment taken before arrival after booking via booking.com. Additional payment taken on arrival. Check-in therefore took over 30 mins at the desk followed by a call to booking.com

Rooms in north tower were very nice.

The walkway mentioned in a previous critique is STILL not functioning. Also, a billing issue, and attempt to charge for the for north tower upgrade than specified in our offer. Charge for first night was paid at time of booking(?) but was billed to the room again; still checking.

The large rooms, comfortable bed. And cleanliness.,

That there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The fact that I was charged for phone call when I phoned from our room 1507 to enquire about the staring time on the in house show at your theatre.(just a small point but irritating) No free WiFI?

Love this hotel! When we get a chance to stay there we do. Great rooms, staff and prices. Right on the strip and close to everything. If you get the chance to stay there do.

I didn't like tje fact that the 2 nights I satyed I didn't get my room cleaned...n the restroom was out of light n I had to call help.desk twice

The carpet and the wall paper was bad on our floor.

Location is perfect. Iron and board in room worked great. Towels were great. Amenities just fine. Big sized room! Bed comfy. Tv to standard. Plenty of closet space and plenty of hangers.

Very tired old hotel. Never imagined a Bally's would be less than adequate. From escalators in front not working and absolutely filthy, to entrance tile/flooring filthy, and water features dirty as heck and some not working at all. Lobby tile just not clean at all. Nothing shinny anywhere. Stained carpet in guest corridors to stained carpet in room. Popcorn ceilings. Bathroom counter 70's design (too low), sink cracked, dresser way too old and with different knobs/handles. Only one light in room worked. Hangers on hooks- really sad.

It was close to everything on the strip.

I couldn't believe you would charge for Internet service. To think McDonalds is free and your cheap hotel charges.

I didn't like the room by the elevators.

The location was great, right next to Paris. The room was really large and a great value for the price.

It took over 30 minutes to check in.

As a fitness model I need the gym. Bally's gym, I found to be top notch.

The bath room seem out dated paint was chipping on cabnets and wall paper was peeling off. I love your gym however it was only open til 6pm it's Vegas baby nothing sould close at 6pm.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Perfet Location!
