beds,all the staff,location
The staff was professional and accommodating to every request. The room was clean, comfortable beds and quiet. We had an upgrade with the view of Eiffel Tower And the Belligio fountain. highly recommend and we will be returning. Valet parking was free which was another plus of staying.
Indigo tower was excellent
Smoke will keep from coming back. Need to get better ventilation to not make it so oppressive
Our room was nice.
Room noise from the club was loud. We were warned when we checked in and the staff offered ear plugs or another tower. Wanted in the new tower so we elected to stay there and take the ear plugs. Miss the old Vegas. New Vegas is all about clubs, high end shopping and high priced food and rooms. If that is your thing then you will love it.
Tired décor Ques for everything especially front desk Stale smell of smoke Attitude of bar staff when not 'playing' something
Great room in the new tower
At checkout, we were charged a $36US "resort fee" for the pool facilities and Wi-Fi. I questioned this and they said all the hotels charge it. Not impressed!
Good location, cheap price, big room, nice casino.
- really good location!! - good standard room - nothing special to complain
- after staying in Wynn, this felt like a standard hotel - Casino not the finest in the area - Pool area not luxury, but you can get tan :-)
we got there around 4 p.m and the line to the check in was so long so we preffered to leave the laggage and go to the strip.when we finally checked in, in the reservation we ask for a king size bed and got a room with double bed. it was with breakfast and they said that we don't have reservation for breakfast. you get wifi for 2 devises at the room but every time i left the room and come back it said "room num and last name doesn't match" so i had to call tech support about 5-6 time in 40 hrs. and it happend in my cell and lap-top. wi-fi only at the room, nothing in the lobby. really let me down and wasn't so cheap at all. you can find better hotel in the same price or even less.
Loud noise from music until 4am
Clean rooms, view from 11 th floor
Price of food
it was comfortable and quiet. Good location.
No coffeemaker, no refrigerator. The concierge was not accommodating in helping with my wedding dress that needed tlc. Staff should be more sensitive to guests concerns.
Central location and Jubilee Tower rooms were smart. Very clean and we were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and The Stri p.
Very dirty windows that spoilt view. Noise from nightclub one night - 3.30am when DJ stopped SHOUTING!!!! Shower strength a bit pathetic
The rooms are very nice and quite
smoke was terrible!!! ran out hot water no coffee in room staff not friendly
Beautiful room. Location in the center of the Las Vegas strip.
Heard music blaring on the street at 3:00 am, even though we were on the top floor.
Attendance parking very polite rude ,
I want to point out (which I did submit a "review card" about) a special lady at the front desk, her name is Judy. She helped my wife and I in every way, I hadn't been out to Vegas in about 5 years, and I had a few issues that she helped with altogether. She is just a wonderful person all around. You folks are lucky to have a lady like her in your employ !!
you guys got rid of the New York Deli downstairs, not happy about that at all and put some sort of restricted hours on your sidewalk café Why do you folks do that ? The "Knosh" is just not as good as it use to be !!!
My room was nice & the daily "fluff" & cleaning service was excellent! Management took care of a problem I had in an understanding way and at the same time very professional manner.
Insulation was very poor--could hear every word spoken next door & all the activity that took place on the street 14 floors below. Also, & probably most important was the clarity of what was available to you on the TV. I thought interactive radio was free--well 13 times of connecting & $130 later I found out it was not. However, after speaking with the management at the desk they showed compassion for someone celebrating their 73rd BD & resolved the problem.
The cleaning staff was very friendly, did a great job. At check-out Carrie was very friendly.
The line at check-in was long. The lady at check-n was very rude. Got to the room and wanted ice, no map to find it. Asked the concierge and he didn't know, told me to go wait through the long line at check-in again so I could ask the rude lady. The mandatory internet fee costs $25 per day. I paid almost $125, but I was only able to get it to work a couple times for only a few minutes. I tried the help line through the operator, but got tired of waiting on hold. I got my email once at another hotel for free. I ended up paying another $5 at a pay kiosk to check-in at the airline and print my boarding pass.
Excellent central location. Staff helpful. Rooms were clean.
Older hotel, so some areas could use some updates ( rugs, etc. upon entry from parking to casino. Don't like resort fee for gym and wifi if you are there for one night stay and don't need to use.
Very near the strip and everything else is accessible!
Took a long time lining up for check in.
Good location,good price
The ferniture are a little bit old
Great location centre strip .Good feel about the hotel.Very comfortable beds and pillows.
Wi Fi not free for hotel guests. Carpet stained ,rooms needed a bit of updating even in a delux room.
Ambience and casino
Wi fi; poor connectivity
large quiet room with good views very comfortable
no coffee making , or bar fridge
