loved everything. will stay there again; however, our room smelled like a smoking room instead of non-smoking room besides that, loved it.
When checking in we were told the king/non smoking room we booked was not available but when I mentioned we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary a king room was suddenly available.
I didn't like reserving a king/non smoking only to be told upon ckin that none was available. The hotel was very nice but could sure use some renovations.(peeling wallpaper, etc)
The smell of the casino. I couldn't breathe for 3 days, but I guess that's vegas!
What i like most is the strategic location. It link to paris then hollywood and across is bellagio, flamingo, ceasars and all is walking distance with no hassle. Hotel is clean and comfortable.
They need to upgrade their breakfast. Instead of choice of bread in the cafe, they should prepare a proper restaurant. In this way they can make profit from the hotel guest (stay in) and other guest that visiting the hotel. Also, the hotel need more lighting in the room. other than these 2 everything else is great.
No coffee or tea in room
The coffee was real good.
For the amount I lost the coffee should be free! Seriously, the coffee was expensive and I did loose a lot of money. I could have flown to N.Y. and stayed at the Waldorf for the money I lost without any winners. The slots were set to take in and have few if no payouts.
The room was clean and beautiful, up to date and comfortable. Not to mention well priced. I don't understand why they charge a resort fee of $25 but for the night we had it was worth every penny!!
Location and newly renovated room.
Toilet wasn't working. Found sanitary napkin stuck in it.
Central location and great restaurants.
Small gambling floor
No refrigerator or microwave.
The place was nice, good location, anything you could expect from a nice vegas hotel.
There's an unavoidable restoration fee of about $28 that they will add onto your booking.com charge. You don't find out about this until you get there and it kind of sucks.
Liked that it was near everything. We walked 10 miles from the hotel and seen just about everything
The man at the information desk was not very helpful. He really did not know what was going on so maybe he was new! Stayed two nights and the room was not very clean the second night.
Good hotel for its price at the center of the strip
Its vegas and you dont really need a very comfortable room anyways since you wont be sleeping much :)
Beds were comfortable, location was great (right next to the Paris) and near the Caesars Palace.
Internet speed was not that great.
Room and bathroom was nice and clean. Good location, when it comes to proximity to other, more popular casinos. A good value overall.
The gambling area inside and the exterior (entrance, etc.) is not much to look at.
Close to Monorail
The $25 resort fee is outrageous! Don't stay there until the construction in the front is completed
location, comfort, family friendly environment ,great price value
carpets, change these for other type of floors
Loved the location....loved the upgraded room..loved our view..wow!
Too much walking to get out of the thd building. .construction maybe was the problem ...no coffee maker in room
Proximity to the strip was fantastic, right in the middle!
Very dated, Continually added extra fees that weren't made clear. Terrible wifi and entertainment system.
The staff was not very pleasant when checking in, but to top everything off, the room I was put in was directly over a night club that had loud bass playing until 5:15 AM. I was unable to reach anyone at the front desk by room phone, cell phone or visit, and no one was interested in hearing my complaint when checking out. As a local of Las Vegas, I would never recommend Bally's.
the place really close to the center of the strip next to new York we didn't walk that much.
What i didn't like it's that someone grab my camera charger from the room when they where cleaning it, so we end up buying another one , and use the do not disturb sign for the rest of our stay
The bed is comfortable. Moderate price for the location.
I traveled during the Christmas. The room is cold and the air conditioner doesn't seem work. Some construction work in front of the hotel was being carried on.
I like the location of the hotel.the room was big. This was my first stay at Bally's.
Main entrance was closed,so to get to your room you walk a lot especially in the evening when it was so windy and cold. You need to have more coffee shops in the lobby. Especially in the mornings you wait a lot for just a cup of coffee.
A basic coffee/tea maker should be provided, most of the seniors would like a cup of hot water/tea/decaf coffee before bed, or morning.
