Bally's Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

The staff was wonderful and very helpful from the time we arrived until we checked out. They were all willing to help with any questions!!

We were a little disappointed with the fact that our room was very cold. We adjusted what we thought was the thermostat up to 85 then 95 degrees but it did not make a difference and was uncompfortably cold. The only othe thing was that we had glasses in our room that had sodas from the first day we were there theat never got picked up and were still in the room the day we left (4 days).

It is a good value, well appointed rooms, clean, comfortable rooms.

To get concierge service I had to go to Paris. The desk across from the bell captain desk thought the bell captain's desk was the concierge. There needs to be a concierge desk to answer questions. I got redirected several times before getting accurate directions from the bell captain.

Only complaint would be the cleaning, or lack there of, concerning our room and the halls. Our room was great but we had to pick up crumbs left in front of the sofa and chairs when we arrived and the halls were not kept up (toothpick remained for 3 days). Watched the maid supervisor walk past 3 large items in the hall without picking them up! Not good.

We love Balley's...location, price, rooms, shopping,etc and would go back even with our "complaint".

It is located in the best part of Las Vegas Strip.

Expensive Internet Access , without wireless service.

The hotel was acceptable but it is impossible to get a meal at a decent price in the hotel

I had suite instead of standart room

We was waited 1.5 hours for check in in this hotel (we came about 2AM after 30-hours flight) becouse they could not find our reservation (I gave them paper). They found two reserved rooms but didn't find third... So I payed standart price for third room for first night.

the hotel room was very nice. It was clean and very spacious. The hotel was in a great location on the strip. We had a room on one of the higher floors so the view was great as well. But if you have a problem then you're on your own, please read comments about what I didn't like about the hotel

I guess we were really unlucky because they shut off our water between 10 pm and 6 am on one of the nights. First, they forgot to tell us before hand. Second, we could not shower or brush our teeth or flush the toliet at night. Third, we had a grand canyon trip and had to leave the hotel by 6:30 am. The hotel was rudely unhelpful. I talked to at 5 or 6 people (housekeeping and front desk) throughout the night. Different people told me very different things about the situation. The thing that pissed me off the most is that the water was NOT shut off in the whole building, just some floors. So why it took the 5th person i spoke with to give us another room with water so we could shower and brush our teeth is insane.

Old room and furnituresm below standard of "strip" hotels. Horrible !! shower's head.

It's on the Strip and price is good. Could even be bettter thou:-)

carpet and couches looks old and dirty. Please provide a water boiler or coffee maker.

mattress was great and the room was very quiet. The entertainment was pleasant and the signage was helpful

there was a hassle at check in where a $20 p night fee was requested. The manager was called and we negotiated a $20 surcharge on half the nights we were there.
