The hotel was great value for the money the rooms were excelant the hotel staff were first class and very helpfull.this was our 4th time in vegas and out of all the hotels bally's was the best although the other hotels were very good, the hotel staff that clean the rooms were very good our room was always very clean every time we returned to it I will be recomending bally's to all my friends at home here in scotland uk if they ever go to las vegas and my wife and myself will be booking at bally's on our next trip to vagas yours trully david dalziel

Location

I kindly asked to be given a comfortable room, I explained I am a frequent traveler and little details make a huge difference for me. I was given a large room however all the furniture was old and the carpet was dirty, furthermore the room only had a Murphy bed, with a hard matress and it was unconfortable. I wouldn't go back to that hotel, it had reasonable rates but now I know is because the hotel is in need of renovation

Location

I liked that it wasn't too expensive, but it was a good hotel. I didn't need a lot of luxury stuff, all I needed was a clean bed and a clean functioning bathroom, and that's what Bally's had.

Just if you're looking for a luxury hotel experience, this isn't it.

The room was large and clean but a little shabby. It could use a face lift.

It is a shame that you let the hotel get into such disrepair

Good location

Poor service, unfriendly staff, nowhere you can ask a quick question if uncertain about anything, would rather get a sarcastic or laughed at answer if you have a querie. I asked for foam pillows and the guy would try and convince me the feather pillow is indeed foam - tille I showed him the feather and still shake his head ... One day we returned from an exausting day at 5 in the afternoon and the room was still not made !!! We once took an afternoon nap and placed the 'do not desturb' on the door, so they phoned us - waking us up !!! It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room - thought that was standard. They called our room a room with a view over the Bellagio - must be joking - didn't even see 10% of it, but paid for this luxury ... the rooms with the real view over the fountains are the oldest rooms in the hotel and the hallway's carpet on your way to the room is stained with what looked like vomit marks... Not nice !!

Impolite staff at the reception and hotline.

It was on the strip. Slots paid . Casino didn't smell to much of smoke.

The staff made me feel like my room was garbage. Parking lot was so far away. People smoking weed in the halls. I got semi stuck in a elevader.

Location, Shops, the Woman at the Check-In was very friendly.

The location is really good.

The internet couldn't go wireless when I was there. And, they charged me internet fee twice because I use 2 laptops (in the same room). Unbelievable!
