    The only thing that I liked was the location, The Casino ...nearby

    >The cost was way to much for nothing. We did not qualify for the free underground parking because the truck did not fit. Room service had no Gluten Free items. The TV was way to far we couldn`t see it laying in bed. The room itself was at the end of hallway and the windows were so dirty we could not see outside. The sink was clog. In all it was a very bad experience. I ask to have my room done in morning. At 4:00 p.m my room was still not done up...Very upsetting since we are a morning people .....

    They don't have room your looking for we. We reserved a 2 bed room when arrived and checked in they only had a king bed and brought in a cot not good at all. Two couples one bed REALLY who wants to sleep on a cot. Total B.S.

    Everything was very good at ballysstaff was veryvfriendly no problems there.

    The problem was the room, open the curtain the only view you saw was a wall,very poor taste who design theroom.that was on the six floor.

    The excitement of the atmosphere it was something for all ages and the restaurants were reasonably priced with real food nothing too extravagant1

    The guest rooms were a little to close to the excitement werent private and safe enough. To accessible for someone to follow you.

    Housekeeping kept our room spotless and I loved the fact that my kids and I never had to ask for clean towels or washcloths and the location was awesome right in the center of the boardwalk

    The check-in process was horrible arrived at the hotel around 1pm and could not check in had to wait until 5pm and when I asked to speak with the manager Melissa she was rude and started taking other customers while I was still talking to her so that was a big turn off for me

    Location was great. Close proximity to shopping, beach, restaurants. Room was overall clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Nice rooftop patio.

    Main areas of hotel needed much better upkeep and cleaning. Check-in was terrible. Rooms were not available due to lateness of cleaning. We were not able to check in till almost 9pm posing a huge inconvenience for dinner reservations as we were not able to freshen up first. Hotel staff was pleasant in the process and did provide a room credit.

    breakfast buffet at the Italian restaurant wa e cell ant and a good value for the money. lOVE Pickles Deli!

    At checking, we were asked "you booked with bookings.com?" We answered yes. All of a sudden, the room I confirmed (king bed non smoking) was no longer available and they offered me a queen-Murphy bed, smoking. When I said no, the added that the fine print at bookings.com reads "subject to availability at checking". When we threatened to leave, miraculously a non smoker king bed room appeared for us. If this policy is true of bookings.com, I may not use you site again. Regardless, i will never stay at Ballys again.

    I like that it's located on the boardwalk

    I did not like the reception from the check-in clerk...she could not find my reservation and instead of asking how I made the reservation she states that "I can give you a complimentary room for the night but we're booked for the next day"...I proceeded to show her my confirmation paperwork and of course she offered no apology. I asked if I could extend the stay an extra day and she stated no because the reservation was thru a 3rd party, which I understood, but her attitude was more like it was a bother to try and accomodate me...I guess you need to be a Platinum or Diamond guess!!!! The room was small compared to the same accomodation we had last year at Resorts for the same price....The main problem I had also was the fact that as a "paying" guess, we were required to pay for the use of the pool per day....I HAVE NEVER STAYED AT A HOTEL THAT CHARGED TO USE THE INDOOR POOL!!!! This of course placed limitations of the pool use for my grandsons which was the purpose of the trip for their birthdays...$40 a day is ridiculous! (there were 4 of us) Needless to say, I will NOT be staying at Bally's again!

    Location, Friendly staff.

    The large gross puddle of liquid next to the bed that we found out was there by stepping in it and ended up saturated 3 towels, which still was not enough to make the floor not incredibly wet.

    That the hotel is right off the boardwalk and centrally located from all the vendors. I truley enjoyed the Bally Bar across from the hotel there was entertainment everyday. The drinks were fantastic as well as the music.

    Waiting on the attendant to come when I got my money stuck in the slots machine. It took forever as well as when I ordered drinks,

    The room was quiet.

    The room was on the casino floor with a lot of tyraffic. people getting of their charter buses. Pool is an extra charge of $10/towel. terrible and should be included. The Front desk would not accomodate our request of a higher floor. Hotel is old and lots of stains and spills all over. Will NEVER stay here again.

    You do not get what you book. They charged my credit card 5 times and told me they didn't. I went to my bank and they saw the charges and disputed them. This place has the worst establishment ever.

    The location; clean room

    check-in was horrible, told to come back in 1 hour, when we did, room still not ready. We arrived around 4:00 pm the first time.

    Beach bar & pool / spa amenities made the stay more enjoyable. Location to beach & other attractions is also a plus.

    Cleanliness could have been better; hotel is dated in some areas.

    The location on boardwalk, bed and Aurtoros restaurant.

    The staff was rude, the entire place was filthy, garbage was over flowing in all cans. Pickles was terrible staff and food.

    Nothing

    The room was not a luxury king room in my opinion as stated on the website. Six hundred plus is way to high for two nights. Also the keys for room did not work and had to get it reprogrammed. We stayed at Ballys previously but this stay was the worst. The room location and feel was BAD.
