Not enough power outlets.
The room is a good size.
Could give better TV channels and give guest option of more than coffee like tea and water.
I liked the room convenient valet parking.
We booked a king size bed with ocean view. When we checked in this was not available. We were given double beds and no view
IN casino,1 roulette table open, took forever to get a drink. Rude dealer at table.AT Buca for breakfast, plenty of empty tables and had too wait 20 minutes to be seated.
There was a resort fee that i paid for with cash at the front and they still took the 27 dollars resort fee from the 100 they froze
Good selection of slots
I was very upset because they wouldn't let us get the pool at the spa, the pool supervisor was very nasty to me and the staff at the pool desk when I was asking questions about the pool when other people was inside. Only 1 elevator was working, very crowded ,
I like my bed
Bed too soft and too small for 2 people.
Pool was close
Because we booked through a 3rd party and paid less, I felt we were short changed on the room assignment. It was just on a low floor (requested upper), right next to the elevators (very noisy throughout the night), Room was old, and there was no view of anything except the roof and A/C unit. The toilet paper dispenser and phone were placed right next to the toilet at hip/arm level and was in the way and odd. Not a nice room to celebrate our anniversary in. If you are assigned to 361, ask for a different location.
Check in was prompt and easy, Valet parking was a reasonable rate, property has a lot to offer. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Housekeeping only came once in my three day stay and did not change the bed sheets or clean the bathroom
The bed was very comfortable.
30 minutes to register at the hotel. Price was higher that the price on the internet. Ice maker did not work and had to go to a different floor to get ice only to find that the door was locked on my floor and had to walk down 23 floors. Only 3 of 8 restaurants were open and two not great dining experiences.
Room floor staff was nice.
I didn't like that there is a charge to use the facilities and Internet is free for only two devices
House keeping staff was very pleasant and helful
We had to wait a long time fir the elevator. Only 2 were working so access was limited going in and out the building.
Location was good....close to the shopping strip as well as the restaurants. The kids were able to enjoy the pool because it opened up at 8am.
Poor elevator service
That there's a fee to use pool and workout room. This was a first for me!
Everything was overpriced . A bowl a cereal was 3.25 and a bagel was 3.50 . There was no microwave and with all the money you spend to stay in the hotel you still have to pay to swim in the pool.
I like that Ballys is close to the boardwalk and you can pretty much find everything on the boardwalk
Elevators were awful. I could not leave. My wife and I were forced to take the stairs with our luggage. Then my wife was trapped in the staircase with our three children for over ten minutes. She was visibly shaken up. If the pool closed at 6:30 and the elevators were working this would have been a fantastic trip.
We liked the room and the gambling. The pool was nice but should stay open later for children. We checked in after 4 and the pool closed at 5. Either make check in earlier or pool closing for kids later.
The pool was to far
There was a problem with the elevators many people were inconvenient and upset since it was check out time.
no free breakfast,
boardwalk and beach
The casinos, the highest room, the breakfast
It's ridiculous that bally's is charging for use the pool ($10) x person
Being handicap, the walk-escalator leading to the parking garage didn't work 1/2 the time. Had to visit Creasers or other establishments for the buffet because yours was eliminated.
The OLDER slot machines in Bally's & Wild West better than the newer slots much better than the video slots. Breakfast & lunch at Johnny Rockets was the best.
On line stated pool - neglected to tell you it closed at 6 pm and there is a $5 fee per person to use. Not kid friendly at all
On the boardwalk
