Pay extra for wifi & parking
There was no free wifi
No free wifi, & all must pay
You are charged a $20 resort fee and it doesn't include anything. You have to pay an additional $5 per person per day fee to use the pool (Monday-Thursday); and $10 per person per day on the weekends. Wifi is not free unless you get it comped to your room; if not $13.95. Room service was not open on Tuesday or Wednesday. I was very disappointed in the hotel.
We have a awesome time and the room was perfect and we love the bars at wild west
Affordable clean and close to the convention center.
Couldn't access the free Wi-fi
I loved Johnny Rockets!
I chose this resort based on the fact that it had an in-door swimming pool and I would be traveling with my 8 year old. Also, the price of the room seemed great. Upon arrival, I learned of a $20 resort fee that covered nothing. They charged us $5 per day per person to use the pool. While the pool area was beautiful, it was only open from 8-5 (for kids; until 6 for adults). Why would the only kid are be closed so early (at 4:55, an announcement was made for all guests under 21 to leave the pool area immediately)! (Shouldn't that be covered in the resort fee). Wi-fi was so expensive! $13.95 per day per device. (Not covered under the resort fee). Room service was closed. Elevators didn't work. Cashiers were very slow; not enough staff working! After walking through some of the other casinos, it is my opinion that Ballys is outdated! everything seemed old and or dirty. Same drink cups stayed on the table at the tower elevator for 3 days! Very disappointed. Not kid friendly at all!
Ocean view from room.the pool and hot tubs
Had a nice relaxing dinner at Bucas. Prices for dinner were very reasonable, be sure to order small for a couple. More than enough for my wife and I. Considering we went during the week it wasn't to busy in the casinos.
No swimming in the ocean or pool and we didn't walk on the boardwalk as much as we would have liked. To cold. We went there in Feburary.
The staff was nice. Especially the bell staff. They were extremely helpful and courteous.
The room was nice and clean, a little dated but nice for the money we paid. The only thing I was disappointed in was I called housekeeping for more towels. It rang forever when I finally got through and asked for more towels, they say sure but we never got them.
The room was big with a nice view and a huge tub.
No wifi. Needs updating. Woke up with a rash on my body from the sheets maybe the detergent they use praying no bed bugs going to dr today
The steakhouse on the 6th floor had good food. Hotel location.
The hotel decoration. The elevators were old and did not manage to service all the rooms, everytime I came out of the room had to wait about 10 - 20 minutes before I managed to get an elevator (actually the only way it stopped at my floor was to press the bottom for going upwards instead of downwards). Everything looked cheap and old... Really needs a renovation. The hotel is too expensive for what it is worth but, then again, it is AC and seems like the standards are low!
The location and the access to other hotels and the mall without having to go outside in the cold
The rooms are out dated. There was only one outlet and half of that worked properly. Too pricey. They charge you a resort fee but you had to pay for the use of the pool per person, per day, there was a basketball court fee as well. Very difficult getting in contact with front desk to ask questions.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating
Is waiting for drinks for an hr While I'm spending money The staff walking pass like I'm not worth nothing
The pool room service and the hotel itself
There was one rude server at the casino . My boyfriend and I werent aware his i d was expired instead of her explaining to us we had to leave she got security who was very much polite and explained to us what was going on i didnt get her name but next time i will' she was african american with drawn on eye brows!
Requested a smoking room was put on a non-smoking floor needless to say the room was not a smoking room. Room service is not offered all week long only Thursday to Sunday. Not all restaurants are open during the week either.
I have been to atlantic city many times but never considered this hotel i will definitely come back
the room was gorgeous! nice view and bed
Outdated hotel. On a Saturday night only one small bar open after 10 pm. Non smoking rooms still smelled like smoke. Looks like it hasn't had a facelift since it was built.
was very busy in the pool
EVERYTHING ABOUT IR.
Accessibility to everything walking distance.
the location, price and restaurants.
cleanliness of the room, casino was a outdated.
The rooms were clean and nice and getting from the parking lot to the room was easy.
After a long drive me and my wife got to the front desk where we meet Michelle , very unprofessional and rude didn't even ask us how we were or anything just with yes and no answers . Seem like she didn't want to be there and didn't care about the guest coming in. Should definitely have much better customer service and be attentive to what the guest is asking .
