For the price we paid so worth it Had a great time. Taxi was easy to get. Room was clean.
Room was clean and up to date, staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is centrally located, we walked to everything.
Only had one bar and limited places to eat.
Being double charged Old and run down NOT WORTH THE MONEY for room 7 dollars for a water
Easy check-in, beautiful location and facility. The corner tower king rooms are, for lack of a better word, magical. It is an older hotel/casino, but very well kept & the layout of this particular room is so great - with FULL views of the ocean & boardwalk from the bedroom area & the Bathroom...LOVED THAT. You can stand at the sink & watch the surfers & waves rolling in. And the air/heat equipment is located in the small foyer area - so it's quieter than most.
This casino doesn't offer enough restaurants or shops - it's pretty bar bones compared to others, but not a problem since everyone usually visits the other casinos anyway.
The hotel in general was great
Not many food options at a later time. Had to travel to tropics a for some good food. Every spot was closed by 1am except the mountain bar but music was boring and no one was there but it might be because it was Sunday.
The stay overall was very pleasureable for the most part.
access to restaurant and we walked out of the Chop House. The waiter, James Bond, had a thick accent and we could not understand what the restaurant was serving. Also, when we refused any alcohol drinks he walked away with menus and did not ask us if we wanted another non alchoholic drink. At that point we left and went over to Morton Steak House and had a fantastic meal.
Standing in line to check out , most hotel's put the receipt under your room door of day checking out .
The location near the beach Nice view from your hotelroom
In November was it really quiet boardwalk and hotels were bit outdated
The staff was wonderful everything we encountered a road block they were able to offer a possible solution.
We did not get what we paid for. We booked a room in their main tower with an ocean view. What we got was a room in one of the older parts of the building the Garden Room with a sliver of a view of the ocean. My biggest complaint is that the room service was closed after 1:00 in the afternoon ridiculous. If you planned to go to one of their places to eat you would find it closed. The place was large but you could not get a decent map if the place. Overall if you like being disappointed this is the place for you. In ab effort to keep their cost low they are delivering an unpleasant experience.
staff was nice and helpful. Plenty of things to do there.
Be nice if the there was a map of the resort when you got there.
Atmosphere, and the big rooms
double beds, spacious, comfortable, clean, would highly recommend
Had a pull out couch that was disgusting couldn't pay me to even lay on it
Charge for gymnasium and charge for wifi
The room was clean.
I asked for a room so I could see some water and was told there was an additional fee of $25.00 for the view.
location, friendly staff, clean room
Easy access to Caesars and boardwalk
The hotel definitely needs an upgrade or two. We almost were trapped in the elevator every time we used it to go to the room. There was a soiled stain on the bed at our initial arrival. The housekeeper came to change them after I had to call twice.
The rooms were updated with very comfortable plush beds. The bathroom was large with marble counters . The hotel staff was very helpful. Parking is $5 for regular guests. Free for rewards members
The Chinese restaurant near the gaming floor was disappointing.
Room service....comfortable bed. Sunking tub....
ChaRges for using services on television....
ambience food excellent friendly staff helpful staff room beautiful, especially given the low cost
Food prices are too high ($42 plus per person for buffet) You don't win much money at slots (most pay nothing) Impossible to get coffee and snack at reasonable price no place to get inexpensive snack lack of interesting entertainment (same show all the time)
A very much needed relaxing stay.
Bought at a discount and was perfectly pleased with what we got- pleasant staff , comfortable room and discounted buffet which was an unexpected treat. Would recommend choosing this hotel especially with a discounted rate.
No complaints at all except parking your own car was a bit of a hassle
Location, parking was a breeze, comfortable rooms, and staff was very polite.
didn't receive the room we reserved thru booking .com. Had to wait a day to be moved to correct room. Inconvenient to say the least. Restaurants a bit spendy for common food. For the price you pay Wi-Fi should be free not extra $$
Price was excellent as was the location to the beach and pier as well as the shopping outlet.
