A bit over priced frankly
Staff was friendly and helpful, generally.
Terrible food and room service, service.
View of harbor and pier 6. Nice room, staff was great.
Cost for parking. should have been included and was really high.
Walking distance to Pier 6 pavillion, restaurants, aquarium, other museums, Inner Harbor and all its activities, starbuck coffee in the lobby,
We had 2 rooms. My sister and brother-in -law were in a connecting room and folks there were very loud after 11;30 at night. We also heard noise in the hallway late at night from people coming and going in nearby rooms after 11;00 PM.
Front desk help was excellent, friendly and professional
Thought price for wifi was high
I liked the room and the view from the room. We were facing the harbor...it was beautiful!
I didn't like that we were not provided with the access code for the wireless. That should have been provided at check-in.
The exaggeration in prices , the restaurant staff not friendly, the reception people are not so much good .
Front desk staff were excellent for LATE night check-in during proms and Preakness chaos, and during AM checkout with difficulties with parking charges on bill.
It was very difficult to navigate the lobby and breakfast area during this very busy weekend. Housekeeping on Saturday was not up to par, but understandable during the busyness of the day.
Property was so convenient to Baltimore's attractions and the staff were super nice and helpful.
The staff was amazingly helpful.
For the price we paid wifi should have been free.
The view of the harbor
No bottled water or mini bar
25th floor suite, wrap around view of the city/harbor. Great location. Sparkling. Clean. Beautiful hotel decent restaurant on site
Pricy internet. Pricy parking garage with lots of rules, read the small print. Our dinner guests paid 26.00 for 3 hours. Not nice. Room service food not good.
Location on the inner harbor
Unfriendly staff in the dining area, prices for everything way to high. Room rate already high enough.then breakfast for 2 was 55.00. Better breakfast at shoneys.parking was also high.26.00 A day or 2.00 an hour .it was nice for a one time experience.but truly only for the rich and stupid who are used to being waited on and throwing money around to impress others.
Edwin at the front desk is the best!!
Everything was great. Very clean and nice hotel. Will definitely be back.
Nothing.. It smelled the decor was from the 70's what a rip off.
The place isn't worth 60 dollars a night. Old decor. Just horrible. I expected a lot more for 450 dollars a night.. What a mistake. I have stayed at better Holliday inns than this poor facility
The location is very good. Close to shopping in all of the neighborhoods and great places to eat. Bed was super comfortable and the pool was really nice. Room service was fast and the food was good (a bit over priced).
For the price of these accommodations we had a room that over looked a parking garage. Granted it was a city view but the city that it over looked was lacking the spectacular. I have traveled around the world and have stayed in hotels like the Oberoi, the Leela, the Waldorf Astoria, and these are luxury hotels. They come with minibars, slippers, and robes, complimentary news papers delivered to your room, turn down services at night, special welcome cocktail hours for guests and breakfast (even if it's just a few bagels and danishes with coffee) The breakfast buffet was set up in a common room, and there was a charge of $18 for it. We had none of that. There was nothing that would lead me to believe that anyone should pay 300+ a night to stay here. I was very disappointed in the experience (and to have to pay for valet if you drove is shameful) Not to mention that there is no free wireless internet. I wouldn't stay here again, it's not luxury, it's just overpriced for what you could get at any hotel in the city. (there are much less expensive hotels with more to offer the guests) This was a stay-cation for us, and turned into an expensive lesson.
