Score from 10 reviews Wonderful
Good value. Close to where I needed to be.
Very noisey room from car traffic at end of long wing. Don,t know if Bookings customers are assigned certain rooms, but room location could have been better in near empty hotel
Hot tub and pool were awesome. Breakfast was very good. Patio area outside of room are great/convenient for smokers (me); keeping smoking out of rooms
My guest/ coworker for the next morning given 3rd degree what room he was in. We worked together that morning. Wife felt beds were hard.
The hotel is a little older, but very well kept. The atmosphere, the pool area and the breakfast were all 5 star hotel quality. The room was great and they even let us have our dog. Highly recommend this hotel!!
Most of the staff were very unfriendly and could have cared less that we were there spending our money at the establishment. Not a single staff person could acknowledged the WIFI was down all weekend, they just acted like they didn't believe us or something. THE HAPPY HOUR BARTENDER was a joke.....my husband is almost 50 years old and the bartender would not serve him a beer, and it felt like he was just being impossible because he did not want to stay open any longer because NO ONE ELSE WAS EVEN THERE.
Pool was a lot of fun. Nice and warm!
The King Suite we booked was great. The bed was comfortable, the romance package was as ordered, with yellow roses, champagne, chocolates and candles. We also had a number of photos taken on the stairs and near the upstairs fountain. Excellent photos.
There was no kitchen sink. This was the only thing I could find wrong.
Facility was past its prime but was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Made to order breakfast was great and was even offered a bag lunch on departure
Bookings.com address for the location was not correct.
My stay was good just Need a good cleaning and a lot of updates
Need a good cleaning
The secure feeling of the location
Arrived one hour early but still could not check in so had to come back the second time.
The morning meal
The towels were dirty, floor was not vacuumed, coffee pot still had coffee in it, room was not cleaned
breakfast made to order
older rooms & building in desperate need of remodeling not enough linens for 3 people no housekeeping in evening no mattress pad & sheets for sofa bed no security measures when extra key was given pool room too hot & humid floors in room not clean spiders in bathroom underground garage too narrow
Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!
There was a quincinera event the night we stayed so there was no available parking in the parking garage. We had to park on a side street. The outdoor pool was not open (which was not clarified on their website) and the indoor pool was so heavily chlorinated that we could not stand to be in there longer than 15 minutes. Also the smoke Free facility...guests propped open the access door to the garage while at the pool and smoked cigarettes and all the smoke entered the pool area. I notified front desk clerk and nothing was done about it.
The common areas were lovely- stained glass, tile, etc.
Beds- uncomfortable. Housekeeping- unreliable (no clean towels one day- had to get them myself from front desk). Shower- ran from hot to col to hot without notice. Wrong room (single queen rather than double queen)- had to switch after unloading luggage rack, going to desk for new keys, and after a full day of traveling. Outdoor pool- no water. Place was depressing overall- I switched to another hotel (Hotel Albuquerque- lovely)for the last two days of my trip.
Pool and breakfast and separate bedroom
We enjoyed everything. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Very nice pool and lounge area. The breakfast was great. It was a nice stay.
The spacious room we had was excellent almost like home.
The hotel needs to upgrade the beds/mattresses. Ours was very old and hard to sleep on. My granddaughter had to sleep on the floor a few nights because the mattress was terrible. Definitely need to get new mattresses for most comfort.
Breakfast was good.
Rooms were musty (mold?). The whole place needs better ventilation.
The location The room rate The food was good, but was hard to communicate with the cooks. It was nice and quiet on this trip. No loud parties. Thanks.
The room was good but the beds (mattress) was too old, couldn't sleep because you can feel the springs in the mattress. Was very uncomfortable. Too old, bed, carpeting, overall furnishing.
The Size of the room
The size of the pool
Very nice decor! It had a home like feel. Great price for the stay. The made to order breakfast topped it off!
No wifi and my room was by ice machine could hear everything
The service was very good and the size of room great
The room was a little dirty when we checked in
The rooms were cold. Heaters did not work properly. Only one television worked from two that were available in the room. Toilet leaked. No pillow for fold out sofa.
Loved the underground parking
I love the staff at the check in, they were very nice and had a sense of humor. They welcomed us and were very nice about the room where the heater was not warm enough so they helped us get into another room, they were super. Thank you front counter staff, you make this world a happy place.
I sure didn't like the kitchen staff, the two ladies were not very nice nor did they have the pleasantness of being polite to get our morning breakfast orders. What I did not like the most was when the lady told me that they ran out of bacon when they really didn't, I'm native american and when a mexican came up and ask for bacon they were given the bacon when we were given the sausage, I wanted bacon but settled for the sausage. Anyway the two ladies need to step up a bit and be more pleasant like the ladies up at the front desk whom were very warm and welcoming. I felt a little uncomfortable going back for breakfast the next day but I kept my smile on.
nice jacuzzi suite
broken doors, a bit run down
