Good location Cheap
Breakfast was poor!
just about everything
no buscuits and gravy
Room was excellant. Staff were excellant.
Cleaning wasn't done around the edge of the floor and the bathroom door raised panels were dirty. Probably doesn't need wiping down everyday but when needed. sink was rusty and poor looking but worked. Just saying what I notice around my home.
Price, we come up for a girls weekend so we don't stay much in our hotel. For the price that we paid it is pretty much what we expected.
Surprised at how noisy this hotel was. We had motorcycles driving in at midnight to 1:00 in the morning each night of our stay. Not only did they make a lot of noise but also kept their radios on outside in the parking lot so that everyone could hear.
It was filthy. The basket that held the guest shampoo had a washrag that had stains. You couldn't tell if it was makeup or blood. The tv had black splaterings all along the bottom. But one of the most disturbing parts of the room were very large stains on the side of both mattresses. It could have been spilled coffee but looked more like blood splatters. The socks we wore became black from walking on the carpet. There were hairs in the tub when we arrived.
The location is great, close to the strip yet out of the busy traffic. The front desk personnel was helpful and went out of their way to,assist us.
Shortage of cleaning crew was apparent. The room had not been occupied for some time and was not touched up prior to,our arrival. Dusty counter tops and bedspread had food remnants.
Breakfast was poor. Cereal stale. Wasn't ready when promised.
The hotel is well located, right in the middle of everything. The lady from the front desk was very nice, helpfull and seemed overwhelmed multitasking (1 person operation). It's a shame a hard working person like her have to deal with such a place. I only stayed there because it was the only hotel available during the busiest holiday weekend... I understand why now.
Beds are terrible, dirty, stained, first time I see a hotel room with only 1 single tin fitted sheet over a mattress. You could actually see through stains. Only 1 sheet cover. Carpets are disgusting. Is not the old looking hotel, I have been in several in Branson, but the clean less. Paid $60 a night for a dump.
location / price / comes around to you get what you pay for /staff was great !!!!
pillow was thin as cardboard/ sink had several nicks in finish and was rusty; looked nasty/ room needed to be updated
Hotel was completely booked. No hot water one morning due to everyone taking showers at the same time.
Gave us dirty room , filthy floors, sinks , tubs , all are worn out dresser had pop spilled on it. floors were dirty, coffee maker had filth in it. Terrible place to stay should be closed by health dept. Gave us different room just as bad. Matteress worn out drinks stuff on them, totally disgusting , will never go cheap again.
Staff went out of their way to make sure we had all our needs taken care of.
Location and responsive staff.
Overall pleased with first visit. Facility exterior could use some thorough cleaning. In real estate, "curb appeal" is very important.
Location was good and price was fine. Room was cool and air conditioner worked great.
No microwave, no refrigerator, no blow dryer, no iron. The pillows were awful. Give more pillows are better pillows.
Smoke, nasty smell, pool was awful. Bathrooms nasty.
The staff was nice
Everything was dirty around the p;ace inside and out. Musty smelling dirty linens and carpet very disappointed
Staff was very nice and helpful , nice pool and elevator was very useful .
Bathroom was not very clean and we found a cock roach running up the wall in the bath room . Alarm Clock was broken but the clerk gave us another one that worked .
clean and comfortable bed
the hotel could have used more of a up date of the exterior, pealing paint, rotten wood around the pool area. Pool dirty & pool pump wiring not done correctly.Cobwebs in the windows of the elevator.TV not working correctly and clock not working had to ask 3 times to get fixed.
close to every thing . off main road.
had to pay extra for refrigerator and microwave.. no one made the bed
The staff was nice and the location was good.
It smelled terrible, the Sheetrock on the ceiling was falling down and there was a 1 1/2 inch gap across the whole ceiling. It had not been updated since it was built. We left a day early so we wouldn't have to stay another night. I would never stay there again even if it was free and never recommend it to anyone!
I liked how convenient it was to everything & the discounts that was offered at check in, the convenience of show tickets through hotel.
Was disappointed about the manager telling me it would just be easier if I paid the $30 for our fridge in the room when I told her I didn't need it after finding out about the charge. There was no mention when booking the room or on the website about a fridge charge.
no hot water or water pressure if you are a late riser and it's a busy weekend.
Quiet and the pool was good
It was all good
Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed. Couldn't get into the room at 2pm because room wasn't cleaned.
