Club Quarters in Washington DC is a new concept for the hotel industry. This private, full service hotel overlooks Farragut Square, and is 2 blocks north of the White House, and near Lafayette Square....

Location Cleanliness Comfort Quality of sleep
Guy at reception
The cleanliness, friendly staff, and location of the hotel made it an enjoyable place to stay. Very close to Dupont Circle. There's also a bar on the first floor of the hotel that looked like fun.
The rooms were tiny but it didn't matter since we stayed for only a couple nights. The air conditioner was also right next to our bed and was very loud so it was difficult to hear the TV with it on. Could also be an issue for light sleepers. No safe either.
Location Lively bar Clean rooms Good value for money
Most of the hotel needs a make over The lift Wi fi ok but patchy
The bad was not comfortable The aircondition was noisy and unbearable
Location great for walking or near the metro if you prefer. Smaller rooms beds just double size. Basic cheap breakfast, close to many restaurants. Overall suited us quite well.
No tea and coffee facilities or small fridge. Noisy air conditioner.
Good bed Close to metro
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. The location is excellent - very close to metro station, shops and restaurants. Although we did not eat in the hotel the meal menu seemed OK and the bar was often quite busy. Overall, the hotel was good value for money.
The entrance to the hotel is dull, dreary and not very inviting. The old style lift is not easy to manoeuvre especially with suitcases. We didn't avail of the breakfast - again the dining room is quite dark and dated.
The room was tiny but clean and very comfy. The P street nearby has a good nightlife. We has a special deal, so for the price we paid it was pretty munch the best hotel in DC.
very helpful staff Free water and coffee in the lobby Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms hot running showers Perfect location quiet excellent neighborhood away from touristy sites Close to metro Excellent restaurants in the vicinity Close to Kramer's my favorite bookstore
Very weak wi-fi
Room cleaned well every day. Close to local bars and great bagel shop. Great restaurant below hotel.
The location. The cleanliness of the rooms.
We had two different rooms. The first one had very short beds. The elevator was broken down in our last day, so we had to carry the suitcases down the stairs. The furniture is a bit dated, but clean.
Friendly staff ,handy and tasty food, interesting entertainment, great place to start a walk
Listening to the air conditioner all the time
This hotel bar is a good themed place. Although not close to being a German place; the selection of beer was more than you could hope for. They have a performance space and have shows or events almost every night. The maids cleaned the room every day and felt they left our stuff be..in a good way. Although they did replace the towel every day.
They have multiple internet modems/routers. However, they have slow internet if you can connect at all. I actually think I used another places unlocked internet most of the time I was there. The shower only had cold water. The front desk offered us a new room and gave us the chance to try the showers before we moved.
The mattress was awful. .
Made such a change from the modern high rise. This was a character hotel with great beer bar and restaurant down in cellar.
The bar staff and entertainment
Poor window location, no view. Thin walls - noise from neighbours. Poor choice of TV channels.
near from dupont circle
wifi was spotty
The historic "Baron" has been one of the best kept secrets of DC. You won't find a more nastalgic venture like the Baron... Beer of every kind, old style in everything of decor an atmosphere. Ask for the most commendable CSR, Dwight; as he will go the extra mile to ensure you're taken care of ~ and that my friend is a superb attribute of professional courtesy. They impress every client ~ every time!
No remarks in this area to speak of.
the bars of soap
smelly room spray
Ralph was great.
One hotel staff member was incredibly rude when we notified him that we were originally put in a single-bed room (we booked a room with two beds). We were put in a room just above their bar so it was way too loud. Towels had NASTY stains and air conditioner was not working properly...room was damp the whole time. Breakfast consisted of a plastic box full of pastries...the box had gigantic fruit flies trapped inside. Overall...extremely dissatisfied...won't be staying here ever again.
I loved how nearby all the sites and attractions were. I walked to everything! I'm from New York and the city at which this hotel located is definitely vibrant.
Why won't the management invest in just a little upkeep? Stained carpets. Broken furniture. An elevator that is nearly impossible to use. One of the darkest reception/breakfast areas ever.
front desk charging my debit card when i paid cash and agent the next day not knowing what the hell was going on.
