The hotel is old, but very well maintained. The location is great. It was quiet and the staff was great.

Location to everything, attached restaurant, the most comfortble beds & pillows in any Hotel I have stayed in.

Comfortable beds and room. Everything worked in the room. Central location. Small, but clean and organized gym in which all equipment worked.

Having complimentary coffee/b'fast would have been nice. Having an elliptical machine in gym would have been nice.

The location was ideal, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable!

The stench in the bathroom was evil, a really horrible musty smell. Next time I would want to check the bathroom out before hand!

Wonderful Art Deco Hotel. Close to French Quarter, Decatur St., Royal St., Riverwalk and other points of interest.

The room was excellent with an outside window which was important to us.The staff were friendly and the service good. Location was perfect, one block from the French Quarter and very quiet at night. The hotel would benefit from a bar/ lounge area however there are plenty of options nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff made every request for standard things like pillows and blankets seem like a huge ordeal. I blew hours of my vacation getting blankets and pillows. It came across that they were doing us a huge favor for these things, rather than whet they were supposed to do. The room was musty. The vents were dusty. The AC mostly worked. The roll-away bed was delivered from the store-room dirty. No pillows or blankets came with the roll-away (although I got charged extra for requesting the bed!) Not all the standard items were replaced daily (towels/soap/shampoo).

The room was interior, claustrofobic. The Jazz Fest made them increase the prices to a value that the hotel is not worth. No breakfast, which made it yet more expensive.

Nearness to restaurants...not much else!!! Whoever heard of a hotel without an elevator in their interior parking area!!!!!

We were there during Jazz Festival and were completely floored when told that parking would be THIRTY $ a night!!!! The check in person then said that the second night would be less. Well, we got our bill "on the way out" (we had to ask for it) and on the way to the airport so we didn't have time to deal with it! We will not be planning on returning!!

Bed was very comfortable, nice, friendly staff, bathroom was small but very clean. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the room!

Our window view looked out to the hallway so we were unable to see how the weather was outside. We missed not being able to see the sun shining into the room during the day and the evening street lights at night. Would of been helpful if we were told that our room would not be facing the street.

Clean room, comfortable bed and good location just outside of the noise and congestion of the French Qtr. Only one short block from Canal Street and the Trolley.

Room, while comfortable, was a bit small and only had a window that opened to the atrium, not the outside. So there's no way of knowing the weather and no natural light in the room. This also created a privacy problem. We kept the curtains closed our entire stay.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, the bed, the chair, nice TV.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom like the toilet was used and not flushed. Don't know what that was about. Also, the room was very small. Thought for the price we would have a nicer bathroom.

Very comfortable Hotel and walking distance to bourbon street.

Room smelled like mildew! No bellhop to help load luggage out of car! Very expensive for what I got! No breakfast! No ambiance, no outside window! Loud band playing Sat night until 12 midnight. Could hear in my room! Luckily out for evening!

The hotel parking was too small and overpriced for the lack of space to accommodate the hotel customers.

Room was small but very well designed with a feeling of luxury......cozy duvets, lots of good pillows, great location. We would definitely return.

There was no window to the outside but it was quiet and great for sleeping.

Our window overlooked an empty hallway. Some plants outside to create a garden space would be much preferred to having an open window anyone could just walk up and see inside. If you have to keep your curtains drawn for privacy, it may as well be a blank wall.

The beds The location- it is quiet

No porter. Yes- you bring your bags from curb to room. No valet. Very old hotel with nothing upgraded- nothing. When we called for extra towels at five pm- we were told housekeeping was gone for the day and to pick them up at the front desk. At check in we were asked to self park for 30 dollars a day. We refused and only then did they call the valet. Frankly, as a three time a year visitor to the quarter- I'm mortified by the lack of not only service but anything else. I will never stay at a wyndam again, thanks to this visit.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was lovely.
