Very friendly owners. Great breakfast. Room was pleasant and everything was very clean.
The bed was uncomfortable and creaked everytime you moved.
Phil and Fay are wonderful hosts and fabulous cooks. Breakfasts were outstanding and much more than enough. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Location is easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to see. Thanks to Phil and Fay for helping make our vacation even better.
The hosts are a sweet couple who take their role most seriously. The breakfast was really all one could wish, the waffles were light and delicious. This house was once one of ill-repute...which couldn't be more charming than having a resident ghost.
One does hear the television sound from elsewhere in the house, though ceiling fan and A/C blowing is sufficient to neutralise that and street noise.
A wonderful warm welcome when we arrived. Huge rooms with the most comfortable bed of our trip. Facilities were all available including access to tea coffee and toast day and night. The breakfast was wonderful and kept us going until evening. The property has been decorated in Old English style and is full of character. Perfect for mature couples travelling alone and wanting peace and tranquility
A bit out of town but as it was just a stop-over for us, didn't matter
With a touch of luxury at breakfast. The Barrington's were perfect hosts.
Great people. More than accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Breakfast was great. Will stay there again when visiting Syracuse. .
The owners are the nicest and most caring people you ever wish to meet. There was a thank you card and basket left for us in the room. The breakfast was homemade and plentiful! The manor is being refurbished to its original state and is lovely.
What a beautiful home, both inside and outside. From my first few steps inside the door to leaving the next morning, I was treated very well, their hospitality was refreshing, breakfast was just enough and VERY tasty, my room was so comfortable and relaxing, it was really tough to leave!
I arrived late in the evening, it was a rainy night and I was hungry, by the time I was able to settle in, I wanted to use the hot tub and relax in their nice courtyard, Mother Nature had other plans! Maybe next time,
We had a wonderful stay at the Barrington Manor. Phillip and Faye are gracious hosts and excellent cooks! We were so comfortable we felt like we are at home!
Excellent breakfast served by an extremely welcoming host
Bathroom needs a little care and attention, redecorating.
The owners, the house, the location, the entire experience.
The hot tub had too much chlorine- it ruined clothes and changed the silver and platinum in our rings (it turned them black and yellow)
Great hosts, very welcoming and professional. Prime location for what we wanted to do in the city. Beautiful courtyard outside to relax in.
Personality of owners/staff
Pillows so hard

We had a great host and hostess as well as a great visit with them !!
The house was adorable and comfortable, breakfast was DELICIOUS! MY favorite thing about this B&B however, was the couple running it. They were so friendly and interesting to talk to.
Lake Effect Snow :(
Nice hosts, cool antiques, great breakfast.
Hard mattress, needs better a/c in room.
Liked the apple cider, ice machine and lovely house in general. Owner assisted hugely with route planning to JFK.
