Fresh, modern hotel, reminds me of boutique hotels in So. Beach. Great service and I love the open layout of the lobby, bar and restaurant. Bartender, Ken, is a Gem. I won't stay anywhere anywhere else while in Baton Rouge.

Every business will have problems, but customers do not mind so much if it is taken care of immediately, this was the case at your hotel. I made reservation in my name, but my son who is 20 is blind; we were utimately place in handicapped room. I would have liked a choice.

Nothing I left after two nights of my five nights They charged me 1041 usd for all five nights while I stayed two nights only. Furthermore, they charge 298.8 usd after I checked out and back to Saudi. If someone can explain that I will be thankful...!!

The rooms were beautifully decorated. Staff was very helpful and hotel was very clean and presented well. The hallway leading to room was uncomfortably cold and the heating unit in the room was very loud. Almost to loud to allow you to sleep.
