The fact it was close by freeway resturants and shopping mall.

I had to disinfect room.and clean bathroom, refrigeator had mold and smelled, and microwave had brunt cheese in it. Bathroom sink or toilet had not been cleaned at all. I guess u get what u pay for....

The place was dirty and noisy. I would never stay there again.

First room we were given the toilet was broke and constantly running but we were given another room without much hassle. The bathroom in the second room was kind of gross - the shower curtain was ripped and very dirty, the bathtub was rusted in spots and various stains.

the hotel was very clean , and the location was on the main street. plenty of food place to chose from all kind of shopping area and the mall was less than a mile away . had excess to all the highways. very please with this hotel. the price of this hotel was so cheap i was kinda worried that i had made bad choice and you know you get what you pay for. this hotel was worth every dime of my money and i come here every year and i will being staying @ the Americas Best Value Inn in Battle Creek Mi.

I could not find anything that i didn`t like .

I did not like it.

It was not very clean. It needs a lot of repair.

when i booked it said mini fridge and microwave in room so i stopped and purchased some products to warm up and when i arrived it had neither appliance in room

The monetary value,and kitchenette appliances.

The general walkways were stained.

The better chains were booked, and there were still rooms available at America's Best.

We were at an outdoor event, and it was quite warm. I was looking forward to a shower, but when I opened the shower curtain, there was no way that I could even think about using the bathtub. It had not been cleaned in quite some time and was disgustingly dirty. Before I put my shoes on in the morning, I happened to look at my feet. They were solid black from the dirt on the floor and in the carpet. After my sister and I washed our feet, we took the washcloth and wiped the floor. The cloth was very dirty after wiping a small area of the floor. The room was very musty, and our heads were very stuffy in the morning when I woke up. All in all, if we hadn't been too tired to do the 3.5 hour trip home, we would have refused the room.

This hotel was tremendously horrible, the staff was rude and disrespectful, the room smelled of marijauna, the pool they offer has not been used in years and was covered with 4*4 planks, they offerd fridge and microwaves in the rooms which there wasn't any. The whole experience was just unbelievable!!!

The only good things about this hotel is the location to everything, easy access to freeway, and the overall price of the room.

The room was infested with ants, the wall socket burned up, and there is no customer service

Needs a lot of upgrades to room and furnishings.

The guy at the front desk couldn't speak English. Seriously. I would ask a question and he would just look at me. If I was in a foreign country this would be acceptable but I feel when I'm in America I shouldn't feel like a foreigner because someone doesn't understand me.

They let u reserve a smoking room but none of the rooms are smoking rooms. They will charge you $50 for cleaning.

The price was lowest in the area.

Area was a bit questionable. Didn't seem safe.

The lack of maintanence and upkeep of the hotel, the attitude of the fellows who checked me in, the noise of my fellow travelers, the fact that they put a single female traveler in the most vulnerable, unsafe room in the place, the wi-fi didn't work most of the night, the frig didn't work, the heater was loud, etc.

The price was great!

Te room smelt like cigarette smoke and the blankets where dirty!

The location is great.

The room that I thought that I was booking wasn't what I got. I paid 41.99 online, but saw the room advertised for 29.00 on a billboard. The dated shower and leaky ceiling was just aweful and nothing like the pictures online. I traveled from Illinois and wasn't able to view the room ahead of time. I would not do business here again.

It was a place to sleep for the night.

It was very loud. People yelling & slamming doors until about 2 a.m. Light bulbs were out in the hallway making it very dark. There were small ants on the tile floor.

The cost and location was good

The beds were broke down and horrible, stickers were on the walls from I assume children. The bathroom door was broken. Has not been updated in forever. I felt like I was at the Bates motel.
