This motel was full of people who were staying there long term because they had nowhere else to live. There were comings and goings all night long with several of the people living there quite drunk driving in and out of the car park I hardly slept a wink having to constantly getting up to check our hire car was ok. The rooms where clean enough but absolutely stunk of stale cigarette smoke even the though the hotel staff on check in kept reminding us that the rooms were non-smoking. We arrived around teatime but he breakfast area at reception was still littered with breakfast stuff Booking.com please take this motel off your search engine it was absolutely vile.
TV required a pass code that wasn't given to me when I checked in, room smelled musty
They were friendly. The office lasy tried to charge me more than booking.com advised me of, when i brought it to her attention she gave me that price. They had ot water, clean rooms, regrig worked as well as the microwave.
Pillows sucked. They were almost as thin as paper. Yoy might of as well been laying flat on bed.
Not much besides the WiFi
Everything else. The ac didn't work well. Too many people walking by my room, mostly staff.
Location was close to where we needed to be and price was good.
My girlfriend and I both had bites on ourselves after the first night and have no clue where they came from, other than in the room. When we got there, half of the lights in to room didn't work and it took 20 minutes to get that issue fixed.
I did not like all of creepy traffic in and out of the parking lot. I would probably not use your motel again for that reason.
Teenager at frong desk was excellent! Friendly and helpful! Great kid. Was close to restaraunts gas stations. Bathroom, sheeys, and fridge/micro were clean. We'd stay again if we needed something super cheap.
Floor needed vacuumed. Facilities were what you expected for 50/night.
Other than location, not much.
WiFi failed, TV poor reception, changer only controlled channel.
Absolutely nothing. It was so dirty. The outlets didn't work. The room didn't have a remote control
Room had horrible smell. Office was no better.
Hotel was very run down the floor in the room was rotten. Towels were stained and rough. There was no water pressure in the shower. Front desk would not refund money. Also booked a king room but had two queens instead when we ask front desk about it they said they didn't have a king room available that was clean and this was at 4 in the afternoon. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!
The price (but even that was a bit too high considering what I got out of it).
Room was ice cold during sub-zero temperature wave in January. Although staff came immediately when requested to turn heat on (it was not already on when I arrived late at night in the frigid weather from a delayed flight and the carpet felt like it had ice cubes in it), the next day while I was out, "maid service" came in to change the sheets, and TURNED THE HEAT OFF! I had turned it on and left it like that on purpose since I was going to be out all day on official business and wanted to come home to a warm, cozy room since it was, oh, I don't know, -6F outside and snow was piled up everywhere!! This is an old, poorly maintained and cheaply staffed motel.
Staff could not speak English very well and was very rude and seemed like they were very shady. I talked to some of the other people staying there with exact same type room I stayed in and every person was charged a diff price when they all payed at their arrival...(So they didn't pay diff. Bc they booked online or otherwise.)
The cleanliness of the room. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The room was comfortable w/air-conditioner, and it was close to businesses for shopping, groceries and fuel.
Room was run down, the floor felt like it has holes in the floor even though it was carpeted. The television not working properly, the walls seemed thin where you can hear foot steps loud, couldn't concentrate to study or read or enjoy the television. Location of the continental breakfast area, which I never went too because, it was never pointed out to me. Took over 24 hours for assistance when had television problem, had to ask the second time. When checking out and leaving, no one available to turn in a key and get my receipt for the stay, just a key drop box, this really disappointed me. No customer relations for leaving.
I liked that we had people on both sides of us but the walls were thick enough to not know they were there.
The breakfast consisted of cheerios. I would not consider that a continental breakfast. Also the milk in the fridge was just about to expire and it tasted that way also. Also they had there pool closed on a Saturday so they could clean it! So no pool, a crappy breakfast, and a bathtub that was the tiniest I have ever seen.
bed bugs in the bed stunk of mold and had nothing for parking plus the pool was nothing like the photo
