Ricky was helpful and friendly.
the location is good and close to the center, the guy at the reception, Rikki, is very helpful, the room is clean. I could definitely recommend this place since it's good combination between quality and price just don't forget that it's still motel - don't expect smith. luxurious and enjoy your time in SF!
Informative, flexible staff.
Not really a business hotel, staff was very accomodating and friendly. Room was very clean.
A bit noisy at night, rate high for Dreamforce...like all hotels in SF that week.
I attended a conference at the Moscone Center and it is difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance (AirBnB didn't help either). We rented a car and Bay Bridge Inn also had parking which was very helpful.
Budget hotel with fridge, microwave oven.
A bit risky location after dark.
The helpfulness from Ricky. Clean. Pleasant stay. Convenient location - 10 mins walk to Market Street and Union Square. Good price relative to other places in San Francisco.
Very nice and helpful staff Clean room with good facilities
Ricky (owner) was lovely and provided the best customer service we experienced during our 3months in America. The room was equal to that of the price and to a high standard. The bathroom was AMAZING better than a hilton we had stayed at previously. Location is perfect walking distance to at&t park, shops and cable cart/street bus. Walking distance for the greyhound bus terminal.
The hotel is a little bit out from the central shopping area and has a few bad streets near, however, homeless people were common even in the nicest areas of san Francisco and we had no trouble during are stay and felt safe. The outside of the hotel doesn't look the best but fits into the style of san Francisco
short walk to a t & t park. room was excellent.
needed bigger parking spaces.
clean convenient location free parking
constant traffic noise from 101 and blvd
The manager, an Indian fellow, was hospitable, and gave us a map that would help us find our way to Fisherman's Wharf, and included areas we should avoid for safety.
Over $30 in taxes and fees? Really?? Maybe it was on the up-and-up, but part of me wonders if someone's pocket is getting lined...
The staff was friendly and helpful
Hotels location is not the ideal for San Francisco. And Hotel Prices were expensive. Facilities are out-dated
I reserved through your site 4 nights @ the special of $169 nightly in order to move my son into the dorms of SFSU. I asked the in keeper two questions. Is his location close to the University and can you walk to attractions. He stated the inn was 15 min and yes. I canceled the fourth night -Saturday- within the allotted per cancellation time. He then told me that I could not do that and would be charged $250 a night for all if I canceled. I explained my reason for cancellation and that I gave him plenty of notice. I was charged for that night and stood at the front desk battering a "deal" with him just to get out of there and get home to San Diego. I am going to dispute this charge for the last night with my bank. The sign on the door stated "no vacancy" on that Saturday early morning when I checked out. He not only got my money, but had no loss and actually must have made money as he charged two people for the same room on Saturday August 23, that is wrong. I also was woken up and had to constantly move my vehicle because this hotel does not have a parking space for each room. The parking situation is terrible and the location is not 15 min nor can you walk "safely" anywhere in that part of the city. Harrison st under the freeway is home for the worse of the worse. In my parking space one night which stuck my rental car after having to be directed back and forth with the in keeper how to position my car, ended up getting a ding on the drivers side door. The whole experience was a nightmare. My bill was over my budget as I explained two or three times, and he threatened me that he was mandated to really charge 298 nightly if I refused to stay the fourth night. My cancellation was made before I even arrived in San Francisco and I already was being charged 182 dollars for the three nights I did stay, but had to pay for a night I was not there. Terrible experience.
Quick easy access to the interstate.
Parking lot was very small.
Ricky is great! Room was clean and comfortable...recently updated. It was great to have free parking. I could walk to Mission Bay for work.
Location is not great, from the customer's standpoint. Feels unsafe. Strange people lurking in the alleyway at night. Construction noise started at 6:30am in the alleyway next to the hotel. The room rate is out of sync with the quality of the place, but all the room rates in San Francisco in July and August are way out of line!
front offer staff was helpful. location, near highway was good for me.
parking was cramped, and road work was going on, complicating matters.
The employees! It was clean! Reception person went over map showing us areas to avoid, and areas that were safe.
It was great, no dislikes.
The frontdest Ricky is really helpful and willing to provide us with lots infomration. The location is close to the union square. Price is very kind!
Although we were told that it is safe area, but it doesn't feel well during the deep night. Some facilities need to be changed to newer one. The parking lot is limited.
The clerk at the Desk was so helpful, and very accommodating. His first objective was to please the customer.
It was easy walking distance to Moscone west conference centre. Free wifi worked well. Coffee making facilities good with a fridge so can keep fresh milk. Ricky who runs the place ever ready to help.
we were greeted by a friendly owner who gave many good tips. the room was clean and tidy. all in all, a nice stay.
The hotel is older and basic, but the management went out of his way to make us comfortable. We arrived a little early but he let us sit in one of the rooms and watch tv until check-in time. Our shuttle back to the airport was late and he made them only charge us 1/2 price. We went to Giants game and it was easily in walking distance (only about a mile)
not too sure about the neighborhood at night although management said they had never had any problems in 17 years
Staff was awesome. Room was up to date and spotless.
Parking. But then again, it's San Francisco.
