Great location, view is unforgettable!! Free breakfast is the best ever!!! Parking is only $5 a day!!! Book this hotel you won't regret it!
Ask for a room away from bar and pool...can get noisy!
Very nice location close to the airport but off on its own stretch of land. Restaurants just an easy walk to get to.
Great happy hour with seafood appetizers - try the ahi tuna. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location.
Marina location , no carpet in room
Reservation made months in advance and we were stuck In the room next to the lobby/bar on a Saturday night. We had to get up at 4:00 am for flight. When I complained I was offered a room with parking lot view and was promised the bar would close at 11:00. At 11:50 the obnoxious bar noise finally stopped. The marina view from our room included a wall and a fire pit with chairs around it in bar patio so we had noisy people outside our window. I'm talking 10 feet from our sliding glass door. This room should be converted to a storage room or an employee's office. There was also long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom.
Stayed 3 nights. Discount booking, like Booking.com, means the traveler gets the older, less up-to-date room plus less services. No housekeeping at all on third day.
Everything lovely area, marina view, breakfast, staff
Everything was great wished we stayed longer
Staff were extremely helpful - every single one we encountered, and the local residents were beautiful too. The free shuttle to the Cruise Terminal makes it the perfect place to stay when connecting onto a Cruise that departs San Diego.
Not one thing!
Great hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Nice location with stunning views of the bay and marina. Food was good.
If you don't have a car, it can be a little walk to get to the nearest bus stop but public transport is good overall.
The room and location were excellent, and staff took the time to make the "extra touches".
The hotel staff was very friendly the rooms were comfortable and remodeled and patio was nice...so was the breakfast buffet!
the hallway carpet on the first floor appeared to be old
* Marina view * Well appointed rooms * Breakfast included in the price * Hotel close to the conference I was attending * Restaurant for dinner was good and inexpensuve
Only one problem was that they were resurfacing pavement in the hotel level parking lot
We liked the location, room, and cleanliness.
At dinner, the waiter reached across me and my plate to place a beer on the table for my husband. She splashed beer into my salad and never blinked an eye when I asked her to remove the salad price from the bill. She brought the wrong order for my husband and that caused him to receive his meal after my son and I had eaten.

Nice hotel in general.
The internet is slow and weak signal as before.
Great views from bedroom onto Marina.
More choice at breakfast
Marina views across from Shoreline Park Nice bar, lounge and restaurant Very friendly breakfast staff reasonable parking charge
Large rooms with great views, very clean, free wifi & complimentary breakfast
Paying for parking
I liked the renovations. Loved where you put the bar."The money maker." I liked the covering on the furniture, like leather. The front staff, counter and registration, very polite and helpful. It's a very nice place to stay. I would recommend it to me friends.
The food needs to be improved. With all the new stuff, and neglect the food. Shame! Some of the wait staff needs to be more attentive. At times I had wait staff that couldn't do enough for you, then I had staff that couldn't care less if I was there. But that won't stop me from staying there.
Location, location, location. Big room, good sized TV. Good breakfast.
Everything about this hotel was amazing. Well worth the money !
Next to yacht club for fishing tournament you should offer specials for this tournament. You could have a lot of reservations for a non fisherman
No late check outs, room cleaning until late in the day, too much Spanish speaking only staff. I live on the United States not Mexico
Nice peaceful location. Staff were very friendly. Great views of the marina from our balcony.
Food was a bit mediocre. Could clearly hear the concert going on next door, which could annoy folk that want a peaceful night (personally, I liked it).
loved the breakfast, the amazing views, and short distance to everything.
certain things in the rooms were outdated such as fixtures, tvs, refrigerators, and microwaves
We were upgraded to a suite and it was very nice -overlooking the bay. We could see all sorts of boats. There were restaurants close by that were excellent. The small beach was right across the street.
The balconies were very small. Only one person could sit out there. The food at the complementary breakfast was lukewarm at best and there wasn't any decaf coffee.
