We loved how fancy our room was for the value of our money. Hard to find that great value anywhere else, and we'll be coming back for sure.

We would have loved to be able to stay in the room past noon, and also if the continental breakfast had had non-microwaveable eggs and sausages that would have been an added bonus.

Good value for money. Good selection for complimentary breakfast. Close to airport, 5 minutes on free shuttle.

No room choice when booking, bay view would have been nicer. Beds were only uk double bed size, I expect queen size in US. Noisey from 6am, next doors phone and tv, and from water system. Transfer to airport only every 35 minutes, miss one and it's a long wait.

- close to the airport - free hotel parking. no way you can find free parking in San Franscisco in reasonable time - like rooms design very much

- breakfast are weak. but you have free parking - decide yourself what is more important. but if you don't have a car - stay in San Francisco what would be you doing in Burlingame?

The convenience of being close to San Francisco & close to the airport for next morning flight.

The receptionist who checked us in was rude and unfriendly. Ladies in the morning during checkout were okay.The breakfast area is too small - need more tables and give guests more room to walk near the food area.

It was a good clean airport hotel. Nothing more nothing less. Nothing fancy but perfect for what we needed.

Location - Close to BART station, fresh cookies offered in the afternoon, beds very comfortable, free Internet.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We enjoyed to stay in this hotel. We arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, but the lady at the front desk helped us, so we could get our room earlier. Free US Today newspaper in the morning.

Television is outdated, old style. Internet was slow. Breakfast quality and the selection need improvement.

The hotel was pretty and very clean. My room and bed were comfortable. I had a really nice breakfast the next morning with a lot of variety to choose from. The free parking was also a plus!

It would have been nice to have a lounge or bar in the hotel.

I'm a senior and I was not able to get that rate, I was very disappointed

Shuttle confusions

Location was close to the airport and right on the Bay. There was a walking path that went along the Bay which was nice to get out and "stretch" your legs. Room was comfortable and good size with small in-room refrigerator and coffee maker, nice convenient amenities.

The registration desk attendant was very slow in checking me in and didn't seem to know what she was doing. When I arrived at 1:00 pm she wasn't sure if my room was ready and spent a lot of time trying to figure that out. She also ended up giving me one of the few rooms that face the Highway, when I would have much preferred a Bay view room.

The perfect airport hotel with regular airport shuttle. Worthy of another star. Lovely room. Excellent breakfast. Coffee available all day with fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. More than we normally pay but worth it.

Beautiful view of the bay and the airport. Nice place to walk along the shoreline. Nice weight room and breakfast area looking out onto a nice patio. It has a nice clean and up to date feeling.

We were given an occupied room to start with. Very awkward. All we received was an apology there should have been more compensation. We heard more noises than at a newer hotel ie. Showers running noises in the hallway. The breakfast staff could use more training on how to work aroimd the guests. I felt like I should get out of their way instead of vica versa. They were often in the way and would not move until they were done with whatever they were doing. They filled the silverware numerous times to the point you could barely get out a utensil.

I was given a beautiful room with a view of the bay. It was refreshing to enjoy the water, birds and airplanes. There was very little distraction by the planes which was great as the hotel is so close to the airport.

Clean, comfortable beds, great facilities (breakfast and gym), and good service - check in was easy. Shuttle bus to airport-invaluable-with great service! Location is perfect near the airport

Great big rooms, great locaztion for the airport with a shuttle bus every 45 mins. At least 3 or 4 very good, not expensive, restaurants within very easy walking distance (one at 50 metres)
