The wait staff at the Crazy Horse Restaraunt were friendly and attentive, the food was good. The shower head leaked in an upward spray the soaked the bathroom and the clothes of my roommate. He spent an hour mopping up and trying to get his clothes dry with the blow dryer. When the desk was informed, there was no "I'm so sorry that happened" or any sign of regret for that happening during our stay. The only response was "I'll let maintenance know" ....... wow!

Nothing! Room was ice cold and didn't heat up so we had to sleep in our sweat suits to stay warm. Booked the room for 3 nights but could only stand it for 1, canceled the other 2 nights after only an hour in the room. The door had to be physically closed and then you still saw light coming in from all around it. I guess they never heard of weather stripping to keep the weather out! The internet access was a joke. You either had to pull out the end table between the beds and sort through the light cords and phone cords or sit by the front door to plug in. Thank goodness I had wireless access with me. Was offered a smoking room when I booked when we arrived they informed us they were a smoke free environment.

Right off the freeway, easily accessible. Quiet, easy to relax. I wished that staff had enforced smoking on the patio instead of at the entrance. We stayed in 102 and the smoke drifts down the hallway to greet us every time we opened our door. The door to 102 has to be pushed or pulled shut, or it will stay open. The Ahi Tuna was a little stringy. I probably don't understand how it should be cooked, but I thought I was going to be sick from it - I wasn't though. It is too big a piece of fish with the salad bar and dessert included.

Close to Hwy 1 exit. Not close to tourist attractions No fan in bathroom. Bathtub very slow to drain.

Anne Huston Laguna Niguel, CA You need to change your questions regarding who stayed at your hotel. My girlfriend and I were driving back from the Bay Area to Southern California. There was no category for this so I said young couple that isn't entirely true. We aren't a couple! We are friends for 40 years! Anne Huston

It was a nice hotel with a friendly staff I reserved it for $288 and they charged my account for $320 if I knew that I would have chosen a hotel closer to my destination for the same price,

I love the location as it relates to my business. I also like the configuration of the hotel. It has quirky charm! The only issue was a broken computer chair.

Really comfortable beds! Loved that you had a window washing station in the parking lot. Directions on how to find the hotel on your website were perfect! Bathrooms were nice and big.
