Sink didn't drain heat didn't work tv didn't work and counter person ran card she wasn't supposed to also did t know how to reverse what she had done and room we were promised was not what we got
The room is very cozy, love the fireplace and especially the view, will definitely stay again on our next trip here !
Breakfast is free but not much to eat, no hot food.
Enjoyed view... Quiet..
Tv stopped working twice....
Location is nice
the interior was out of date and had patched everywhere. We spent 10 minutes trying to get the TV to turn on. It was, as my friend used to say, "Rode wharf and put away wet"
I've stayed here 3 times now and loved each time. The price is excellent and the view of the bay and morro rock was awesome. The room was huge and plenty of room for my five year old to play.
Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip for medical reasons, but I must say that the lady at Booking.com could not have been more helpful to me. Thank you very much!
I do appreciate when a hotel includes breakfast in their stay
The breakfast danishes were old and hard. Would have loved some kind of fruit and/or yogurt.
The breakfast was marginal
The quietness, the comfort...
No clock No Kleenex tissue No refrigerator as advertised Towels thread barren and had holes in them Only one chair Carpet needed deep cleaning or replaced Advertised room with a view and it wasn't Our room was next to ice machine and it was very noisy
The location is close to the water with views of Morro Bay. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
The rooms are rundown, with holes in the walls and internet that doesn't allow you on the network. The room had a weird smell to it and you heard every noise outside - both out front and out back. The free breakfast consisted of cereal, toast or rolls - all for $199/night.
It was run down and dirty.Looked like they hadn't cleaned it in months. It was very dusty. It smelled like urine when you walked in and smelled like urine the whole stay. The curtains were dirty. The carpet was dirty and ripped. The walls had white patches where they had taken things off the wall. The shower had black mold and around the bathroom faucet.Good thing I had my Clorox wipes. The light fixture was held up by nails. The fan blade were filthy. Only one window opened .The owners were not friendly. All the money we payed and breakfast was not include with our room. Because we had an ocean view?
Not much else....
The location of the motel
The furniture was not comfortable and the room was to small
The location and comfort of bed.
Housekeeping never made our bed or changed our sheets.
Great location. Under new ownership/management and they are fabulous compared to the old ones. Friendly staff. Quiet area. I stayed alone (I'm female) and I didn't feel uncomfortable or unsafe. I'll be staying here again and again and again.
Room TV didn't work Coffeemaker didn't work Front office not helpful Overpriced! Won't go there again
Location was good. Great Views.
No air conditioning! Rooms were very warm, even with windows & doors open! 1 ceiling fan, screen in bathroom so filthy no fresh air could enter! :-(
The front desk associate, Nicole, was very helpful and friendly
A bit over priced but last minute booking
No TV remote, no sound control. One bar of soap. No shower cap. Heater did not work. G0as log fire place did not work. No Microwave. Breakfast poor selection & had to take food to room to eat. Outside carpet needs to be replaced. Had coffee pot. but no elect. plug in.
Price was high for a room with a window looking into a wall
Walking distance to town and waterfront
Checking into the office, I my fiance had to step outside due to the foul smell of body odor that filled the room. The smell was so horrible and dirty it sickened us both for the rest of the day. Upon entering our room, the bathroom floor was soaking wet, covered in water. The cleaning man just came and wiped it up. We opened up the bathroom window to allow for some air, but you could smell what seemed like perhaps a septic tank or raw sewage. All of this just made the room feel dirty and didn't feel comfortable walking in bare feet while there. Very sadly disappointed with our Morro Bay stay.
Location is very convenient
Needed refrig. Also because we needed to leave windows open for cool air noise from seals was disturbing.
The room we had did not have any way to circulate cooler air. The only window that allowed fresh air in, was the one in the bathroom.
